If a person creates a website and starts accusing people of things that are not true factually but does it to cause problems between families and local communities what is the offence? Are there any communications acts that would cover this because its a webiste the person owns and he is using it as a tool to create problems and spread lies. Would harrassment be suitable? Need help!

Hi all, walking home from the nick this evening I came across two males (appeared to be Eastern European and intoxicated) who were walking down the middle of the road approaching me, one flinging his arms all over the place the other being fairly composed. Officers in Telford were recently trying to talk a suicidal male from the top of a building. Members of the public were helpfuly filming on their Mobile phones. More disturbingly, some were shouting encouragement for the male to jump, it seems he fell and died. Would this be an offence under Section 2 of the suicide Act 1961? Would a prosecution be likely or has it happened before? I know that this type of situation is probably not what the legislation was designed for, but I have heard of this type of situation before and think it would discourage ghouls like this if a few examples were made. Hi I have a severely disabled daughter we live in a little village in Cornwall 25 min away from the emergency hospital ..local ambulances can take 20 min to even get to us sometimes I was wondering exactly how much trouble we would be in if in an emergency to save her life we fit a blue flashing siren to our car to get to the hospital as quick as possible..would it be a fine or prison (in respect of my daughters life neither would deter me ) but would like to know where we stand...ps we are moving closer to hospital a s soon as we can kind thanks ellie

If an internet based company with its .co.uk branch based in the Channel Islands is selling illegal weapons with "Free postage to the UK", are they committing and offence, and can anything be done about it. The illegal weapon concerned is a concealed blade.

If a vehicle is not insured and parked up on a public road surely this is an offence? Can the car be recovered even if you haven't seen anyone using it. What action would you take as alot of officers have stated you can't do anything unless you see someone driving it.
