If there is an armed gunman who has allegedly said that he is out hunting a cop to shoot? I suppose timing is a big issue if there was no time to react and issue a warning whilst the situation was being assessed.Tragic case and it seems to pile on the agony for the family of PC Rathbone but I guess it was their free choice to take the action they did. I suppose really the only one to blame was Moat and it's so easy with hindsight but should the PC have been warned, in which case their lives would have been so much different? Tragic!

2 years ago a woman issued me with a Harassment Warning via the Police. I had sent several affectionate letters to her in an effort to start a relationship. The last letter mentioned how I likely won’t be sending any more. The police knocked three days later. Hi. My case on sexual assault was passed to CPS. After arresting the guy, I'm told he admitted it but lied about consent. I feel sick and wonder how will CPS make their decision?

So I know this isn't a legal drop in centre and my query isn't really about criminal law but you are all pretty clever so I thought I would ask. Does anyone know the law/s regarding supplied uniform, and it's fit for purposeness (not a real word I know!) So for example a company lets call them acme Ltd require all their non management employees to wear a company uniform. Obviously they have to supply that uniform but are there any requirements for it to be up to the task? Would it be different for a delivery driver over a warehouse worker for example. Hi all, I was hoping I might be able to get some advice concerning malicious allegations made against my immediate neighbours, which I now have been dragged in to. I'll try and keep the backstory brief, but my immediate neighbour had a falling out with another of my neighbours at the tail end of last year. The neighbour warned my INs that he would see to it that they get evicted and made various other threats of that nature.
