Hi all I'm looking for advice as I'm getting quite stressed regarding this issue. Last year my ex left me threatening voicemails and the police was called, he was issued with a harassment order. Yes it's my fault but he wore me down and we got back together, I threw him out after finding him cheating on me. I am trying to think of a scenario when street bail could be used. In order to street bail someone we must first arrest them (suspicion + code G apply) In what scenario would you then street bail? if the code G reason is still applicable then that would mean street bail is not suitable. And if the code G reason no longer applies the person should be de arrested immediately. If your street bailing so they can be interviewed, why not de arrest and VA? Whilst typing this I have just thought, potentially street bail to interview with special warning. If officers discover a premises which was recently used to produce cannabis but had been emptied out and the plants had gone prior to it being found what is the offence? Would it be concerned in the production of class b drugs. What would be the points to prove and evidence required?

Some years ago I posed in this forum regarding a caution I received for biting my ex partner's leg. I stated that it was in self-defense. My former partner was, at the time, being prosecuted by police for pulling my hair. I did not turn up at court to testify against him. His case was dismissed. Hi all, I have a 1990 Land Rover Defender which has two side facing bench seats in the rear, Each seat is able to seat two people. A friend of mine is being charged with damaging a book in custody , value £6. It is accepted the arrest was unlawful YET the CPS are intent in prosecuting. All seems madness to me. Although he will be able to sue , would prefer if charge was dropped to avoid having crminal record. Surely if the arrest is unlawful CCTV footage of the incident is excluded and the interview tape Anybody come across anything remotely similiar, BTW did offer to pay £6 and fine Any help appreciated

Hi, so this company didn't even refund the postage cost, let alone pay out the promised compensation. I opened a case but they demanded I provide a receipt of the purchase cost which I could't find. I'm not a business and their T&Cs didn't say they'd need this or I wouldn't have used them. What can I do?

1)Bit of a debate going on in station over correct offence, but if you have someone in their premises threatening someone else with a weapon what offences would you consider? (No weapon) 2)If there was a weapon what offence would you consider?
