Has anyone been watching Combat Dealers on the Quest TV channel? The programme is about Bruce Crompton who had a company which was doing emergency repairs on the London Underground on contract. He has now near enough retired from that and is now concentrating on his hobby of restoring old military gear. He employs about 4 people doing this. Fitted up by police is something you only imagine happens on TV, and up to recently so did I, but not any more ... The packet was found behind me and I was arrested for 'being in possession'. After finger print testing on the packet found, my bail was dropped after 11 weeks & no charges brought. I want to leave a negative review for the bar I was in on tripadvisor. Can I ask if it's ok for me to leave a review based on my experience? That there aren't any legal restrictions on this. I read that in England authorities are allowed to kill dogs that just look likes pit bull or amstaff. This kind of behavior is considered, outside UK, a serious criminal offence, that, in some states are persecutable even if committed outside the given state. (E.G. In USA is a second degree criminal offence, as terrorism) so, however is obvious to mantain the rights and sovranity of each national reality, how a non UK officer will deal with an eventual subject that allegedly (for work our position) can be charged? Hi, I am neither a police officer nor do I work in security. I'd like to check whether my 'Hi Viz' jacket use is in danger of triggering an 'impersonation of a police officer'. The jacket in question is MoD police surplus with the POLICE reflective removed and a RAYNET reflective (in similar style and placement) affixed. It also carries the blue battenburg (Blue/White reflective checkerboard strip) conspicuously and some very convenient Klickfast docks. Hi guys, just a quick question (I think this is the correct area to post it ). Are taxi drivers allowed to demand an 'estimated fare' upfront and refund the difference if the fare is under the estimated amount? I've noticed more and more that taxi drivers are doing this (I don't take taxi's very often) but I was curious as I've heard before that they weren't allowed to do it, but had nothing to backup their claim. Can you dearrest someone who has been arrested by an MOP using the following powers? 1) Power to arrest to prevent a breach of the peace (common law) 2) Power to arrest on suspicion of an indictable offence (section 24A PACE)

Would it be appropriate to use section 50 of the Police Reform Act 2002 on someone filming a Police officer? What about someone filming a MOP?

Hello, I hope you are all doing well When I was 17 in 2010 I had a 6 month relationship with this girl and she cheated on me and falsely accused me of rape. I was charged with the case even though my lawyer said I should should not had been charged because of the evidence.
