As posted elsewhere, there is a belief that the Animal Welfare Act 2006 S18/S19 mentions of Inspector relates to an RSPCA Inspector, I've again tonight read this belief on social media a Couple of things to remember when dealing with animal welfare/requesting assistance from RSPCA As you can see that is from a document from the RSPCA themselves, please do not do anything that will later get you into trouble with the courts, PSD or legal action against you by the animal's owner.

I was reading a story today on the BBC news app about a crash involving a couple of lorries. At the end of the article it said that 15 people had been seen to take videos and photos on their phones of the crash site and will face prosecution. Apart from the obvious moral failings of this sort of rubber necking, which piece of legislation covers this offence as I've never come across it before? Thanks Just had a think about it and perhaps it's talking about driving whilst using your mobile phone, without due care and attention etc or is there a specific offence?

yesterday I visited the Northern quarter of Manchester, Which is a maze of little Victorian streets with a fair amount of pavement cafe' bars etc. There are quite a lot of beggars who's technique is to come and sit next to you and talk to you (usually incoherency) till you offer money /cigs for them to leave. But ths style is a new on one me. My husband and i split early this year and we jointly own a property which my husband lived in for the last year on his own since i left with our son when he got very angry and scared me. He then would not allow us to return to the property so i now rent elsewhere with our son. I have been summoned to court for an assault by beating charge. The incident is cause my dog and another woman's dog got into a scrap and she has claimed that I assaulted her. I done an interview with the police as I was asked to cone in and was never arrested for this or formally charged afterwards. In the interview I said the dogs got into a scrap but my fog was on a lead and muzzle yo which they told me they photographs (which were never shown to me) of puncture marks on the other dog. Hello, A interview was conducted with a suspect in relation to production of cannabis and was video recorded at the station. Everything was ok and there was no indication that there was a problem with the disc recording until several weeks later. The fault was that there is no audio on the video!! My Colleague and I took substantial notes of the questions and answers at the time and we can produce a thorough transcript of the interview. This has never happened to me before and it wasn't my fault but a equipment fault! The person is on bail and a charging decision is sought via CPS.
