Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help me with this one. I am not technically minded at all so this may be an easy question for some lol. I have recently upgraded my iPhone to run on 4.2.1 and since then its been sooo slow. My 3g coverage only gives me one bar then sometimes I lose coverage all together?? Also if im using an app it will come out of the app, ive noticed this happens maybe after 10mins or so. So is there anyway to reset phone back to previous settings but still have everything on phone ie contacts, apps, notes, emails? Any help appreciated Thanks.

I bought my first 360 yesterday (albeit a pre-owned one) from a reputable high street chain, and after literally 20mins of gameplay got the 3 red rings of death! took it back and they swapped it for a working one, got that home and tried to play a game and the disc refuses to spin on any game!! another well known fault apparently! aarrgghh. Should I sack it in and get my money back or try one last time?

I'm looking at purchasing my first Blackberry to see what all the fuss is about, I'm looking at getting the 8520 just to see what the basics are like and if I like it I'll upgrade to a better model. I have considered getting the new Curve but don't want to get it and realise I don't like it, so what are peoples opinion on the Blackberry and the 8520 in particular.

Hey guys. The clock on my tv digital menu doesn't seem to be working as it should. The one I adjust on the in tv menu is fine. But on the tv guide it is an hour behind and there seems to be no way to change the time on the digital menu. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I'm on O2 Simplicity, and I top up £10 monthly to get my free texts and 100 mins of call, but whenever ever I send a text it tells me I have £0.00 of credit left (because it takes the money off my phone). Even when i'm sending 2 or 3+ length tetxs I get individual messages telling me how much credit I have left. I tried topping up £12 this month, so i'd have £2 left, to try to stop the messages, but nothing seems to work. It's really, really irritating, but they're not texts so I can't reply with 'STOP' Any thoughts?

I'm due for an upgrade and am currently paying a total of £40.85 a month for a tariff that I'm massively underusing. Basically for that I get 'unlimited' internet, blackberry e-mail, and a combination of 900 minutes/1800 texts, but in reality I probably only use about 400-500 minutes and about 50 texts a month. I'm going to call up the cancellations department in the week, to see if I can haggle them down. The thing is I absolutely do not want to be tied into a 24 month tariff - I think 18 months is too long as it is. I have a brand-new iPod nano, the touch-screen type. I've synched it, however, though I have other playlists on my Mac, I don't want those to transfer over to the iPod. How can I stop various Playlists being synched?

I am selling my iPhone 3GS 16GB to get an iPad (probably going to go for the first gen and save money!) So I need a phone! The ebay seller said that it came with a card, but didn't say how much and I thought it better to be safe than sorry. But I don't quite know what I'm looking for. Hey earthlings of ps.com I recently got an iPhone 4 32GB and find that the sound does not always come through the speakers. The headphones work just fine. I have done a search on Google, and have tried the plugging and unplugging of charger and headphones, all sound levels on phone set to full, yet still the sound decides when it wishes to come through the speakers. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks to you all :D

Has anyone else had difficulty (inability) to connect to data via Orange in the last two days? Voice and SMS/MMS are fine but anything else is not connecting eg email, internet, weather download, GMaps, iTunes and AppStore. I don't do a lot of talking or texting, most of my usage is data so I'm paying for something I'm not getting at the mo'.
