Hi all, I'm after a new TV, ideally I would like a 42" Plasma that is 1080p HD ready with very good picture for general TV watching / gaming. The budget isn't huge, anywhere between £400-600 would be reasonable! Any suggestions? Thanks!

Ive just been told I need to upgrade so.... Help me decide! Iphone 5 (Im thinking its a little old now, and ill be stuck with it for 24 months, also O2 are not letting it onto 4G) Samsung Galaxy S4 (4G will work, pretty decent spec, Looks like a flimsy plastic toy and I've heard it will lag after 2 months) HTC ONE (4G will work, About same spec as SGS 4, Looks about as decently engineered as the iPhone but I've never had a HTC) What are you all saying :new_hmmm:

I have a lumia 800. Previously I just used Zune which came with it to download onto the pc. No probs. Suddenly Zune seems to be not working; so what do people recommend to use instead? Thanks :-)

Since I bought my laptop around a year ago I've noticed a decline in how long each charge lasts, I've read about letting the battery completely drain then charging it up again but this doesn't seem to make much difference. Does anyone here have any tips or tricks to increasing battery life? Thanks!

I'm after some new in ear type head phones, does anyone have any recommendations that they have used or tried. As much as I would like a set of Bose ones I can't really justify that price tag so I'm on a bit of a budget for them.

I'm on the hunt for a replacement PC, my "must have" is that it should run 3x monitors in a) separate desktop mode, b) up to triple monitor for gaming. Also I must have audio & video via HDMI on one of the outputs. My budget was about a grand but I was given this quote which is slightly over the budget but it seems a nice spec. I use the PC for a lot of Photoshop work and also gaming so please have a look at this spec & price below and let me know what you think. • Fractal Design R4 Case With USB 3.0 • 2 x 1200rpm Quiet Case Fans • Quiet Xigmatek 600W 2x PCI-E Power Supply • Intel Core i7 3770 IVY Bridge, Quad Core (1155, 3.40GHZ, 8MB Cache) • Quiet …

The title says it all really, I'm trying to decide which phone to buy. They both have the same storage, OS and similar capabilities and I currently have a Samsung S3, but simply can't decide. Can anyone share any insight into either model?

I have had my Sony Vaio VGN-NS10L laptop for just over 4 years now and it has served me well. Its gets regular use every day and still works pretty well (it is a little but slower than when I bought it, but it is running more stuff now) The laptop itself does have some problems, there is a 12mm black line down the right hand side of the screen where I once picked it up by the very top of the screen and cracked whatever it is that makes the screen pixels light up. It also has a 2mm horizontal line running just above the start menu that is always grey, Some of the buttons on the keyboard are coming off (they flap about but don't fall off) Every now and then the screen …

Hi all - has anyone managed to copy videos over to the device? If so, where do they appear? Under "Videos" it just displays the 'shop' and not the videos I just copied in. I converted several TV episodes to MP4 (800x400, H.264) and copied them to the \Video folder on the Kindle, but I can't seem to find them on the device. Also, I've installed Google Chrome but the option to sign into my account (and therefore have access to all my bookmarks etc) isn't available; I click "Add a Google Account" but the message returned is "You have not yet set up a Google Account on this device" - pressing either Cancel or Continue just returns me to the setting screen. I've added a G…

I've just purchased a pre-owned Xbox 360 (not the slimline version) and it appears to be working fine. However, the noise it generates from the fan resembles a plane taking off! It's stupidly loud. I also own a pretty old HP 510 laptop which i've had from new which suffers from the same problem. If i had the dosh to spend i'd just buy a new one of each but seeing as I don't I thought i'd see if anyone on here has any suggestions. Does anybody know how to stop it making such a racket! Thanks in advance.

Hi all - I need some more USB slots on the front of my PC. I want to buy a PCI card with a breakout box to mount on the front - can anyone recommend a product please? It doesn't have to be USB 3 (USB 2 is fine) and it should work with Win7 64 bit. Thanks.

Hey guys, Flippin' time out thing. So, I'm looking at getting a tablet for my birthday, which would you reccomend? I'm looking for a general purpose 7"-ish tablet, for dossing about on the internet etc without the bulk of a laptop. I quite like the look of the Kindle Fire HD, but don't like the user interface, but I also like the Nexus 7, but not sure how i'd go about rooting it etc, and whether that'd even be worth it. If any tablet uses would like to share their experince of their tablets it'd be appreciated, Thanks,

Good day all, About 36 months ago my 60GB PS3 stopped working properly. The system turns on and works fine but it wont recognise any disc (game or DVD/Bluray) I read that this is probably a problem with the bluray drive and at the time I tried spraying compressed air into the drive to see if it was just fluff on the disc reader, it wasn't. Since then I have tried swapping the bluray drive with one from a friends 80GB PS3 but I couldn't get that to work either. I phoned up a local repairer who said it would be £100 to replace the bluray drive. Does anybody have any knowledge of repairing PS3's or anyone had a similar problem? Any input will be greatly received
