Set up a PC in daughter's room and trying to connect to wireless network, the message comes back saying can't validate licence but that it's connected? Anyway, I can't remember the WPA key or the network key, any ideas how I can get round it? Thanks.

My laptops died or dying... It froze up, so I done a hard restart. And now it's just won't load up. Keeps cycling through ''startup repair'' any ideas???

A friend of mine with an iphone has just done an icloud update and now has lost all her photos, about 1100. I don't think she had her phone backed up to itunes but I might be wrong. Not having an iphone I don't know so thought I would ask the experts, is there anything she can try at this point, other than having a breakdown?

So for the last month or two, my computer has been REAAALLLYYY SLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW at booting up. I am running Windows 7 64 bit edition. So one day after waiting about ten minutes to get to the log on screen, I log in and my eyes are assaulted by this horrible horrible Windows 98 theme, and a lovely little message that says this: Windows could not connect to The System Event Notification Service service. Just had a damm pop up called sphere 2012. I've looked on google and it's a virus, but i cant make any sense on how to get rid of it. if i try to run programmes, it says that programme is infected. Anyone been infected by this and could give me some information ?

Hey guys, Basically I went to bed last night at 10.30, shut down the pc and it was installing updates. I woke up this morning to find it still installing update 3 of (8 I think). What do I do? It tells me to not turn off the computer or unplug the power. I remember a few years ago when I did just that to my laptop and it went foxtrot uniform. Any help greatly appreciated guys! Right, in brief, Outlook email synched to iphone, ipad, Mac and desktop PC in the office (don't ask me why but it is :D ). It uses a POP server, sent to a host site (for company domain purposes) and to a host to override BT as we were having major problems with our email delivery. Question is, if the email is read and deleted from say the iphone, how do we set it up to delete it from everything else at the same time?

Up until today PS.com was working as a very nice smart-phone forum, easy read system. but for some reason it has diverted to a normal web site, What happened!!?

I could really do with some help from one of you computer wizzes out there My computer has suddenly developed a problem and I do not have a clue why.... when I go on to Utube I can watch the video fine, but the sound is really really quiet, almost like it is not there at all. I have checked all the volumes and they are fine (I hadnt touched them when the problem started). When I play a MP3 track from the computer the sound is fine. The sound is also fine when I play an embedded video (ie, from BBC, or PS.com!). I've been trying to do this for days on multiple Linux distros with no luck. I decided (out of sheer curiosity) to attempt to build from source... Apache PHP MySQL I wanted MySQL server on a separate server from the PHP and HTTP ones; but I can't seem to get PHP to connect to MySQL. ./configure --with-mysql doesn't seem to include the SQL libraries (I think I'm using the correct terminology) and phpinfo(); shows no sign of MySQL, only SQLite. I tried installing a MySQL "Connector" for PHP. My question is.... How on earth do I configure PHP for a remote MySQL server?

I got a little problem. I opened my Windows Live Mail/Outlook Express box. The checking for new messages box has popped up and it just stuck in " finishing current message" But I've not sent any email? I checked on my web based email side and there is nothing that has been received to make it jam. Any clues folks??
