Are there any Twitter experts in here? I want to connect a Facebook page to a Twitter account, however it is a page attached to my personal account. When I try to link them, Twitter wants to link it to my personal page and not the actual page I want it to. Is this not possible?

I hope someone can point out the obvious to me as I am still relatively new to Macs and even newer to BT Home Hubs. We recently got a Bt Router and set it up and for three days it worked fine - all computers connecting wirelessly. This morning when I turned my mac on it automatically connected to BTFON and then took me to a landing page where I can sign up for BT Openzone. I closed that down and then tried to connect to my usual network and it came back with a timeout message. I went into Network Preferences and moved BTFON to the bottom of the list/ deleted it entirely but still couldn't connect to my router. The only way it began working was to click Join A Netwo…

Hello fellow Hotmail users. I have had my hotmail account since I was young and have been very pleased with it. Recently Hotmail announced it was to become @Outlook.com which mean't registering a new email address. Since using Outlook.com I have found it very very slow and at times impossible to access my mail. Can someone tell me whether I can keep my xxxx@hotmail.com address (or my new xxxx@outlook.com address) while not having to use outlook.com as my mail platform? If this is possible, could someone recommend some good ones? I apologise if this is a really silly question! :new_wave:

I've got a spare desktop I use mainly for storing bits and pieces on. The problem I've noticed lately is when I boot it up, and after signing in my windows password it's taking ages for the main desktop page to appear. I downloaded the newer update of AVG 2013 onto it and now it takes an eternity! Any clues folks?

I'm looking for a program to encrypt my external hard drive, I'm not a fan of saving stuff to my computer as it means that I have the hastle of trying to find a spare memory card to carry the data so I now use a portable hard drive. I was curious as to if anyone knew of a good (possibly free) encryption software that I can use to encrypt the portable drive or even just password protect it. Many thanks

Hi all, I'm looking for someone who is good at Photoshop to design a Youtube background with Partner banner . As of right now it looks uninviting and wanted to get something that would catch peoples eyes and not just poke them out. I'm afraid I won't be able to pay you but if you have a youtube channel I would give it some love to my subscribers. Here is my channel http://www.youtube.com/user/AerialRcoet?feature=mhee Thanks

I know, a long winded title for a small problem. I'm using Firefox and Thunderbird respectivly for browsing and emails. Problem is, when I want to email a webpage or link Firexfox won't open Thunderbird to do that. If I click File>Send page as, or Send link, nothing happens. Same if I click an email adress on a webpage - Thunderbird doesn't open. I have confirmed both programmes are running as the defaults. Ideas?

Greetings, I have a nvidia driver prob. I can't unistall them and I can't re-install them. When I try either I get the attached error message. They still show up as installed under the windows program manager (Win 7), even if I delet the nvidia directories and then use driver cleaner to sweep them out. I'm using 560 GTX cards (SLi) and they only show up as a standard video adapator in device manager - because of this my screen res is all out of sorts! Any ideas? Ta in advance.

I plugged in my headset just now (USB set of Corsair HS1) and they didn't work. They didn't appear in the audio device list so I rebooted but again nothing. I uninstalled the drivers using the Corsair program, rebooted, then reinstalled the software and rebooted. However they're still not working. The Device Manager shows them with a little yellow excalamation mark next to them (screenshot below). Any ideas what's up? They DID work up to today. I'm on Win7 Ultimate 64 bit. And the Corsair drivers are the latest from the Corsair website. There are no updates on Windows Update for them.

Hi everyone, I've got a couple of PDF application forms to fill in which consist of questions and then boxes in which to write the answers before they have to be emailed back. I was going to handwrite them and then scan back in to email back but wondered if anyone knew if there was any way of typing into them (as it would look much neater! :new_yes: ). Thanks!

I've been reading up on iCloud (Mac users). I only have a cabled internet connection at my home address, although the desktop Mac at my home address is wireless-capable. I am now on holiday. The hotel has an internet connection, either wireless or ethernet. I am using a new MacBook, and wish to send the days' photos to my home desktop, which though off is still connected to ethernet (or LAN or whatever it is, though not wifi). Can I still do this through iCloud, or do I need the home computer and/or the MacBook, hundreds of miles away, to be on a wifi system?
