Police Ban Donny The Dog Wednesday, March 08, 2006 Source: Ananova Police have come under fire after banning a football club mascot from a match because of his 'unsuitable' costume. Grandad Andy Liney, 58, was stopped by police as he tried to get into Doncaster Rovers' match at Huddersfield Town. Mr Liney, who's been Rovers' mascot Donny the Dog for five years, had received written permission to appear at the Galpharm Stadium. A fleeing Taliban, desperate for water, was plodding through the Afghanistan desert when he saw something far off in the distance. Hoping to find water, he walked toward the object, only to find a little old Jewish man sitting at a card table with neckties laid out on it. The Arab asked, "My thirst is killing me. Do you have water?" The Jewish man replied, "I have no water. Would you like to buy a tie? They are only $150. This one goes very nicely with your robes." The Arab shouted, "Idiot! I do not need an overpriced tie. I need water!" "OK," said the old Jew, "it does not matter that you do not want to buy a tie. I will show you that you have not offended me. If…

Have been checking and although we have all done A-Z of.... we've not done a favourite songs topic. So thought it might be a good idea. Mine has got to be Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay by Otis Redding. It always chills me out and I never tire of it.

A guy buys a new Lincoln Navigator for $42,500.00 (with monthly payments of $560.00). He and a friend go duck hunting in upper Wisconsin. It's mid-winter and of course all of the lakes are frozen. These two guys go out on the ice with their guns, a dog and of course the new Navigator. They decide they want to make a natural looking open water area for the ducks to focus on, something for the decoys to float on. Now making a hole in the ice large enough to invite a passing duck, is going to take a little more power than the average drill auger can produce. So, out of the back of the new Navigator comes a stick of dynamite with a short 40 second-fuse. Now our two Rocket…

This is a story about a couple who had been happily married for years. The only friction in their marriage was the husband's habit of f**ting loudly every morning when he awoke. The noise would wake his wife and the smell would make her eyes water and make her gasp for air. Every morning she would plead with him to stop ripping them off because it was making her sick. He told her he couldn't stop it and that it was perfectly natural. She told him to see a doctor; she was concerned that one day he would blow his guts out. The years went by and he continued to rip them out! Then one Christmas morning as she was preparing the turkey for dinner and he was upst…
