The Would I, Could I, Should I threads

Folks, following some reports of warnings regarding Malware we have had to remove the 'could I, should I' threads entirely from the forum and from the servers. The threads were very long and basically consisted mostly of pictures just taken from the internet and linked to on the internet. Some of these links traced back to some rather unsavoury websites and this is where the Malware was hosted. This Malware poses a threat to your computer and to the reputation of the site. The threads had thousands of pictures in total and these require backing up every day during our normal back up procedures. A lot of the posts also had rather fruity language in them as well, the s…

You know, Policespecials.com has always been an interesting place to meet other people, indeed we've had two (I think - David will correct me) marriages through PS.com - yes people met through the forum, then met in real life (imagine that!) and ended up getting married. As far as I know we haven't had any PS.com divorces yet :D Looking through the Locker Room there's a fair few topics about life, love and relationships so in partnership with UniformDating.com we bring you this new area just for those very sorts of issues. I'm just off to start a couple of topics about which I've always wondered... come join in the fun

Moving from Milton Keynes to London

Hello everyone, I am currently living in Milton Keynes in the last 4 years, however, my wife just got a promotion at her current job in London and we made that decision to buy a new flat in London. I am not sure what it will be a good area to raise my son he is 2 years old. Just to let you know last time when I was in London it was 4 years ago, and I noticed that the crime rate has gone up in the last couple of years. My wife would like to be at maximum 30 - 40 minutes travel distance with the tube from Green Park station, and my budget is around 450 - 550 k for a 2-bedroom flat. I am not sure if Canary Wharf would be the best area for us. 4 years…

A police officer preparing for a passing out parade at the Met's training centre suddenly turned to his girlfriend, dropped to his knee and asked her to marry him. Credit: Facebook/Met Police In front of 286 new recruits, The Commissioner, the Band of the Welsh Guards and more than 500 guests, PC Ailincai brushed aside his nerves and popped the all important question. <img alt="." Credit: Facebook/Met Police Judging by the picture, Gerry Laybourn was almost lost for words. But luckily, she at least managed to say 'Yes!'. I would like to thank you all for your kind wishes and to Metropolitan Police for allowing me to do it. I wish you all happin…

Long story short, just found out my partner and I are on different shift patterns in seperate places for the same service. Shift patterns include earlies, lates and nights (12 hour shifts). How do you manage around this with your partner? This is the first time we have both been on a 24/7 shift pattern and like most couples have been used to the 9-5 (Dinner and home on time ect..) Any advice would be appreciated.

Here's one my mate (A) is going through at the moment and just curious to people's thoughts on this... A and B were pretty good mates a few years ago, but B moved away 3 years ago for university and they have barely spoken in over a year. B met a girl - S at university and started going out with each other, occasionally B would bring S back to his home town and one day A was introduced to S and they got on really really well. B and S's relationship fell apart about a year ago and S is now single again. Out of the blue a few days ago, A gets in contact with S and they hit it off straight away. Now considering how A and B used to be mates, but A and S get on really wel…

Ok ... so lets get this started. Think back to what it is that annoys your significant other about some of the things you do at home. Mine is socks ... get home, get changed into the standard house clothes ... take off my socks and I leave bits of sock fluff on the carpet all down the stairs and into the lounge. Drives the wife potty.
