Gosh I've been promoted!!! I never dreamed of such a thing. Getting promoted in this forum for posting replies is almost as easy as being promoted for nicking people in the police. Has anyone used this and had a good result with the exam? I bought the 2006 edition before Christmas but I'm worried that there is stuff in the exam that the Crammer book doesn't cover. There doesn't seem to be enough in there! Also, the SOCAP isn't covered by Blackstones or Crammer and I believe it's in the exam?

I'm very pi***d off! Got pulled over about 2 months ago for speeding. Yep, technically I am guilty as charged. I was caught behind a couple in a slow moving car. I proceeded overtake it and as I did, the other driver decided to accelerate. I managed to floor it to get in front, only to find to my peril, the car in front was not a Toyota, but a bloody plain clothes police car. Anyway they flashed me over AND got another unit for backup. I was questioned about 3 times, searched in the middle of the street, verbally abused and breathelised. Anyway, I have received a summons for speeding. I am puzzled why in the UK, South Africa, Australia and NZ the baseball bat is one weapon of choice for crims when these countries aren't baseball playing nations? After swinging by bosses cricket bat (not very far or hard. they're heavy little buggers); I'd choose that to cosh a burglar or anyone who annoyed me. thanks croberon
