A Conservative MP wants all 24000 DNA samples destroyed. I think they should be kept, as a small percentage of those will become criminals in the future, and the DNA may help solve the crime.

I thought Nottinghamshire would get the award for their case against four officers for calling a crim, 'pondlife'. The Hertfordshire Police are going to find them selves in almost the same situation with the case of the Gorilla coat. Surely their officers have more important things to deal with, than seizing a coat off a big brother contestant. I apologise to the Mets, it wasn't them, but Herts, posting edited. Read the article on Oracle. What a laugh, can anyone see the public being allowed to have anything to do with appointing Judges, it's a closed shop, run by that arrogant, pompous clown, the Lord Chancellor. Look at some of the clowns from the past, Lord ''whitewash' Hutton, Lord 'the Mets are all racist' MacPherson and several others who come out with peverse findings. The next thing is we will have Cherie 'grab as much as you can' Blair as a judge. Although that is probably unlikely with her relationship with the Aussie con-man and the Bristol flats issue.

Long time reader, first time poster, etc... RN Policeman (Regulator) in Portsmouth, into his last few years of Naval service, thinking about the pros/cons of entering the Home Office police after my 22... any thoughts/recommendations? Love public order work in Guildhall/seafront areas of Portsmouth, but frustrated by by current restricted powers of arrest; plus we (Reggies) get treated like glorified door security by some... grr!

John Prescott has just had to pay nearly £4,000 in back Community Charge, because he thought he had paid it, when it transpires he had not. The old lady from Devon was sent to jail for two days for not paying hers. I take it Punchy John will be away for along time, pro rata, if not it would appear there is one law for them, and one law for others.

Hello to all, (not that you care, but) I have decided to end my one man protest. (well at least for now) I am going to appeal my speeding fine. My solicitor (one who acts against police) is willing to take up my case. ...So keep your fingers crossed (or apart if you wish) and may the best man win. I appreciate all your comments regarding my original issue. I guess I should have realised from the onset your views would be somewhat bias. - Would be like a fireman being best friends with a suspected arsonist. You disagree with me, I disagree with you, so let's leave it at that. Will keep you posted how I get on. 'til then.

One liar, Clinton,(Monica) is recommending another liar, Blair(WMD)to be the new leader of the UN when Koffi Annan(another liar, oil and his son) retires in December. Stand by for world turmoil. Blair cannot even run this country properly, let alone try and run the whole UN. Another job for the boys. Will he call himself President of the UN.

I couldn't believe it when I read this morning's newspaper. The couple who raped a twelve week old baby. The baby they were meant to be babysitting. Luckily the baby will never remember the ordeal. The mother though must be going through hell. Does make me wonder though, being a parent myself, when my children were of such a young age, my wife & I wouldn't let them out of our sight. It has brought tears to my eyes. Like the subject Title says, - How sick!

Lucy Jo, Special Girl and I were talking and decided it would be a good idea to have a 'post your pic' thread, unfortunatley Barry suggested it should have a Village People theme, but I guess that is optional. Anyone want to start us off?

Article about the above, he wrote a letter of complaint to the Met Pol Magazine about the word Black, as in the Black Museum. I think he needs to get a life and stop trying to be too PC(as in politically correct). It's been called the Black Museum for 44 years to my knowledge without any complaint. He is probably the laughing stock of Nottinghamshire by now. Police Oracle38729.4170023148
