A Roman Catholic cardinal, based in Rome, made a visit back to his home city of Glasgow. As part of his visit, he went to the primary school that he used to go to. He's taken round by the principal & together they go into one of the classrooms. The cardinal says: "Ah, this all brings back wonderful memories." The principal says to the class: "Hello children. This gentleman with me is Cardinal MacDonald, he's come all the way from Rome to see us today. He used to be a pupil at this school." The class responds: "Hello, your eminence." The cardinal notices that one little boy didn't say anything, so he went over, introduced himself & asked why he hadn't said anything…

Wearside Jack has lost his appeal against sentence and conviction. It's apity we cannot go back to the old days when if you made an appeal, and it was rejected, the Judge often increased the sentence. It might stop some of these frivolous appeals, it seems everyone has to appeal these days, whether they have good reason or not.

From the Taipei Times 07/10/06 "It's probably the most unusual poster the police have ever had," plastic surgeon Michael Koenig told reporters in Cologne, "but what else can I do? I've been robbed, and I hope that these 'before and after' photographs of breasts will enable the public to help us trace the thieves. In all, Ive had five women who have cheated me out of money by not paying for their breast enlargement operations, and I'm sure they were all connected, because they all used the same trick. They all gave fake names and addresses, and asked for the same operation. And once it was over, they just ran away. One, who called herself 'Tanja', said she just want…

We're All Going To Die Unless We Pay More Tax 1. Global warming is the greatest threat which has ever faced the human race. 2. Unless drastic steps are taken immediately, human life as we know it will end in the next five minutes. 3. It is now an unchallenged fact that, as CO2 levels soar to unsustainable levels, scalding hot giant tsunamis will sweep across the world at millions of miles an hour, leaving a path of unprecendted devastation in their wake. 4. No form of life will be left unscathed, from the mighty elephant to the humblest bacterium. 5. That includes the human race, who face imminent and painful e…

BP Gatwick North WildBean Cafe If the local radio is correct avoid this for your petrol. Apparently there are notices displayed? stating that you are only allowed on the premises for 20 minutes. Even if you are in the cafe area having a coffee. Over this and you will receive a civil fine in the post for £150.00. Apparently you will end up in court if you do not pay but they are decent enough to reduce it if you pay within 14 days. One guy took 35 minutes over his coffee. Expensive cuppa or what? This is happening at the moment and loads have been caught recently.

Water vs Alcohol It has been scientifically proven that if we drink one litre of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than one kilo of Escherichia Coli Bacteria found in water that contains faeces. In other words, we are consuming one kilo of sh*t. However, we do not run that risk when drinking rum, gin, whiskey, beer, wine or other liquors because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermentation. It is my duty to communicate to all of you people who are drinking water, to stop doing so. It has been scientifically proven that it is unhealthy and bad for you. THEREFORE -…
