Police Monkeys A tourist visiting a far away country in the heart of god knows where (possibly Middlesbrough), walked into a pet shop and was looking at the animals on display. While he was there, a Police Sergeant walked in and said to the shopkeeper, "I'll take a Traffic Patrol monkey please." The shopkeeper nodded, went over to the cage at the side of the shop and took out a monkey. He fit it with a collar and leash, handed it to the officer saying, "That'll be £5,000 please Sergeant" The Sergeant paid and walked out with his monkey. Startled, the tourist went over to the shopkeeper and said "That was a very expensive monkey. Most of them are only a few hundred p…

If you sleep very light because of your paranoia of home invasion, monsters under the bed / in the closet or even your spouse’s craziness while he / she is dreaming, the ‘Safe Bedside Table’ might make you feel safer and give you the rest you deserve. It is reported that 50% of people in London are worried about security and sleep with some form of self-defence to hand, for use against intruders. The ‘Safe Bedside Table’ has a removable leg that acts as a club and a top that doubles as a shield for self-defence. This is for people who are willing to take on an intruder, providing an extra sense of security whilst in bed. Backlash2007-08-24 16:35:32

I read this I want to know how judges become judges and how do they or their peers evaluate their 'judgements'. Speaking hypothetically now.....What if this judge (in the above case) was paid a lot of money by the Church for a favourable decision....how do the courts protect against judges who are corrupted or who are passing bad judgement due to their own personal views or because they are not as good as they used to be at judging...for example if the judge sitting in this court had a similar childhood to this paedophile....then of course he is going to be more understanding.....or if he has perverse interests himself in children....he might side with the man....but o…

The CPS seem internt on wasting the public purse. Two 21 year old females were on the beach at Worthing, Sussex, when they were aware a CCTV camera was pointing at them. They undid their tops and flashed their boobs at the camera,(both girls are not eaxactly Jordan) there was nobody else on the beach at the time, but apparently there were some youths a hundred metres away. The CPS have taken them to court, where they both elected for trial at Crown Court. I take it the Sun will be prosecuted every day for page three. Who is the prig in the CPS who authorised this debacle.

Someone asked today on the news, ''where is our anonymous Home Secretary''. There have been numerous murders, gun and knife incidents, and we have heard nothing from the leader of the Home Office. At least the PM appeared on TV and tried to sound concerned about loutish behaviour, but did'nt give much hope for the future. Is Ms Smith on holiday, or just not concerned.

In response to a suggestion by Pen in the terrifying film thread, what is your phobia, or are you like Pen, fear free. Phobia Definition: A phobia is an intense, unrealistic fear, which can interfere with the ability to socialise, work, or go about everyday life, that is brought on by an object, event or situation. A few examples: Germans or German culture- Germanophobia or Teutophobia. (never mind KB). Injections- Trypanophobia. (there you Gringo you have a name for it now) Justice- Dikephobia. Some of you would suggest the IPCC fall within this category. Dirty, being dirty or personal filth- Automysophobia. Robbers or being robbed- Harpaxophobi…

A carnival in St Columb Major was halted by Devon and Cornwall because some students complained about four girls dressed in Burkas, with name boards as, Miss Notbadinbedabad, Miss Hairyarmpitabad, Miss Reallyamamanabad and Miss Slackistan, it was all a bit of good natured fun in a carnival atmosphere, but before they could collect their prize the Police told them to withdraw as a complaint had been made. Later the Police said no further action would be taken as there was no 'official complaint'. If thats the case, why did they stop them.

What printer would u get a laser or an ink jet? I was thinking of getting this new one from Samsung The reason why I was thinking of Laser....is cos I want something cost effective in terms of the yield u get with the ink in the cartridges or toners. But I have never used a toner before and I have been told it comes with a drum....except in this machine you do not replace the drum just the toners. But eventually won't the drum go? Samsung say the drum should last the life time of the machine.....but warranty is only for 12 months. They don't define their terms....what the hell is the life time of a machine...does a machine have a life? To replace a single toner ca…

I am sitting here in front of my computer, depressed and miserable. Its p*****g down outside and my golf handicap has gone to pot, Sky is full of US action films, Mrs Dreddy has banished me to my study and everytime I look at this Forum it is full of tales of woe and misery. The world is coming to an end and we have an incompetent Government, useless politicians, a press full of ******, senior officers who are rubbish, PCSOs who are worse, crowds of feral youths outside my front door all armed to the teeth and .......... its still raining. Even if I go to Jamaica to stay in a hotel along the beach the bloody weather in the shape of a hurricane will …
