The 2010 calendar features a selection of classic photographs from the Norfolk Constabulary archives which have been kindly provided by our Force Historians. This is a collectable retro style calendar which would make an attractive and useful addition to the office, home or as an excellent Christmas gift. The calendars cost £6.99 and a cheque payable to Norfolk Constabulary for the full amount should be sent to – <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Michael LeFevre, Communications & Public Affairs, <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Norfolk Constabulary, Falconer…

There were two nuns.. One of them was known as Sister Mathematical (SM), and the other one was known as Sister Logical (SL) . It is getting dark and they are still far away from the convent. SM: Have you noticed that a man has been following us for the past thirty-eight and a half minutes? I wonder what he wants. SL: It's logical. He wants to rape us. SM: Oh, no! At this rate he will reach us in 15 minutes at the most! What can we do? SL: The only logical thing to do of course is to walk faster. SM: It's not working. SL: Of course it's not working. The man did the only logical thing. He started to walk faster, too. SM: So, what shall we do? At t…

Gordon Brown was on the radio this morning talking about the foul weather, flooding, etc, in Cumbria and Dumfries. At one stage he said words to the effect ''we have to thank the emergency services for the sterling work they are doing, particularly the POLICE, you don't realise how much we reply on them until something like this happens''. Such a pity he didn't think that when the Home Secretary Jackie Smith was stealing part of the police pay back in September 2008.

Ever been wary of shaking someone`s hand, then regretted it ? Due to their hands being wet, or has something nasty attached to them. Ever got to close to someone, and you just knew they had flees? Then got flees from them. I have been through both scenarios whilst working.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1229996/Fraudsters-jailed-spending-1m-luxury-hotels-prostitutes.html There may be a very small percentage of bad coppers(or ex as in this case)but 99.99999% are good guys and lasses. Pity a very small number spoil it for the rest who do an excellent job day in day out.

Hello boys and girls, I have a Samsung NC10 netbook for sale. It is in immaculate condition and is only 3-4 months old. It has the 2GB memory upgrade and has an evaluation copy of Windows 7 Ultimate (expires in September 2010) which is very fast and stable. I'm also almost certain that I have all the instructions and box somewhere, however I'll have to look and confirm that. Charger etc obviously included. I'm looking for around the £220 including Posting and Packaging. Pictures available if needed. Thanks for looking, Sam

Please note the post at 1804 in this UKWeatherworld forum. This is one weather forum that I look at (probably the best) and this is the most severe warning I have seen to date. May I suggest not leaving computers switched on unattended unless you have a UPS and telephone wire surge protectors.

Could you eat a live grub or kangaroo testicle if it meant food for your camp?...Im afraid I would have to starve as I would just gag too much! What would you eat a kangaroo testicle for??
