http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/merseyside/8622544.stm A teacher has been found not guilty of having sex with one of her pupils.......... So she didn't. But he said that she did. But she didn't. So did somebody not tell the truth? Do students make stuff up to get teachers into trouble? If they do, that's just terrible isn't it? I mean, who'd have thought that? On a totally side issue - she looks like a bit of a babe!

If Carlsberg made TV programmes............. Here's my starter for ten: Quagmire (with a trashy girl on his arm): Hang around little guy, I'll be back later (he winks). Stewie: Oh very well. I suppose I'll go and pump the chemical toilet. (Eyes the trashy girl.) apparently, you're about to do the same. Genius!!!!! Stewie (in car with Brian, says to police officer): We met on the Internet. He lured me into the car with promises of candy and funny stories. LMAO!!!

Basically This video shows the winner of 2009’s " Ukraine’s Got Talent," Kseniya Simonova, 24, drawing a series of pictures on an illuminated sand table showing how ordinary people were affected by the German invasion during World War II. Her talent, which admittedly is a strange one, is mesmeric to watch. The images, projected onto a large screen, moved many in the audienceto tears and she won the top prize of about $75,000. She begins by creating a scene showing a couple sitting holding handson a bench under a starry sky, but then warplanes appear and the happy scene is obliterated. It is replaced by a woman’s face crying, but then a baby arrives and the w…

Now I know the source is from the snail, however is it any wonder we have an out of countrol welfare bill and citizens not bothering to find work, What happened to pride & self respect to contributing to society? 'Mrs Davey has never had a full-time job while her 35-year-old husband gave up his post in administration nine years ago after realising they would be better off living off the state' http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1265508/Peter-Davey-gets-42-000-benefits-year-drives-Mercedes.html?ITO=1708&referrer=yahoo

Internet giant Google was blasted yesterday after its Street View service included detailed pictures of the SAS HQ. The entrance to Credenhill, Herefordshire, has never appeared on maps for security reasons. But on Street View it is even marked as "British SAS" and has a detailed 180-degree view of the perimeter boundary. Hereford Lib Dem MP Paul Keetch said: "It would be appalling if help was given to our enemies." http://www.modoracle.com/news/Google-Blasted-Over-SAS-HQ-Base-Map_20124.html?category=all

Sir Norman says he is paid too much The CC of North Yorks says he and other 'chiefs' in the public sector are paid too much. He claims that big money is being used to attract high calibre candidates into top jobs in the public sector, including the police. One thing he fails to mention is that Chief Officers cannot be recruited directly - they have to go through the ranks. Given the generally poor performance of NHS Trusts, local authorities, Social Services, schools and other public bodies, I think it's probably best that we don't have direct recruitment. Think of the mess we would be in if we did!

Just before Christmas, I was doing some shopping in Gothenburg and, while waiting to meet up again with my missus, I hung around in a big department store called Åhléns, looking at certain gentlemen's requisites and wondering which, if any, of these Santa would bring me. I was accosted by a very attractive and immaculately dressed young Swedish woman who can't have been much beyond her early twenties, carrying a clipboard, and asked if I minded taking part in a survey which, she assured me, would take no more than 15-minutes and would result in me entering a free competition to win a holiday. Faced with the alternatives of hanging around looking at cans of Lynx deodora…
