Whenever a certain group is on early turn, they never go a day without 'handovers' from the night shift. Prisoners who come in at 2230-0030 always happen to be too tired to be dealt with or interviewed, and are handed to earlies to deal. When the shoe is on the other foot the Inspector on that group always has an excuse not to take handovers, stating he is too short of officers, meaning the Pc's have to stay on sometimes for up to three or four hours to process prisoners. Does this happen to anyone on the forum. A subtle complain was made to the Supt but nothing has been done to stop the practice.

Three days ago Japanese Police arrested a man in a Winnie the Pooh costume...He and his accomplices, (who were dressed as a mouse & a panther), allegedly attacked and robbed 2 or 3 people who passed by and commented or stared at the trio. The reason given for the strange costumes?...They had apparently run out of clean clothes! Who says Policing is not interesting?

I have been a member of this site since my application form went in. One thing i have noticed is when people start a topic or ask a question police related, non-police reply to them ( and a few replies from non police i have read seem aggressive and offensive). I'm not saying just Police employees should reply, but when the question is asked of police matters, is it not for the Police personnel to reply? Am i the only one that thinks this?

Signed up to the official Premiership Fantasy Football league free of price last night and thought that it might be intresting if we could make a UK Police Online league to see who is capable of managing their team the best! It'd be great if as many of you as possible would get involved in this, you don't even need to have a decent knowledge about the Premiership as there's an option to have your team picked for you!
