Hi All, This may be the wrong place to post this so, Mods, please do move it if necessary. I have never been very good at PST (Personal Safety Training) but you can't really practice properly unless you actually do it. So I was wondering if there were any Martial Arts / Self Defence classes that would allow me to improve my skills (e.g being more effective etc) There must be some out there that compliment what the Police are taught? Things like Ju Jitsu etc... Thanks all

I don't know how many of you have been watching the Chanel 4 series 'Babylon' on TV, but for those of you who have, do you know why the Superintendent who is the personal aide to the Commissioner wears a different style of uniform? It looks much bluer and the lapels are also wider. It's been bugging me and I wondered if there was a reason or if it was just the best their wardrobe department could do
