There's usually one so here goes. Most of those from political backgrounds don't deserve them and only got them through the old boys network. Most of those from entertainment didn't deserve them. They get overpaid for what they do anyway. Most police workers below ACPO level probably deserve theirs as do those from the Armed Forces. Most 'ordinary people' deserved theirs. Fair summary?

Apparently Richard Littlejohn wrote a piece in the Daily Mail on Christmas Eve 'having a go' at most sections of the police. I've been aware of the implementation of this legislation since September. The administrative requirements will affect small digital businesses, and sole traders selling digital content in the EU for 1 January 2015. In 2016, the current plan is that the legislation will be expanded to apply to physical goods sold by small businesses of sole traders in the EU. Consumers will either see price rises in digital content or services from small businesses or will find that those businesses will either restrict sales of their content or services to consumers in country or consumers will find businesses or sole proprietors have ceased trading.
