A horrific attack on a young army cadet poppy seller carried out by a black or Asian male in Manchester. The attack was unprovoked and the male walked up to the victim, raised an aerosol can and sprayed before igniting the gases emitting from the aerosol turning it into a mini flame-thrower. Though the motive is not clear, in light of the recent heightened threat level it was despicable. This was a targeted attack on a young lad in an army uniform - an extremely soft target. The offender should be dealt with most severely. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-29870960
