Hi I live in a block of flats in London. I have been threatened with violence on multiple occasions by a particular resident (person x) who lives on the other side of my building. He is X-military and about 20 times my size, the first time I met him he happily told me about all the people he has killed (I think professionally). Every time I have spoken with him I feel like if I say the wrong thing he will react violently towards me and I fear for my safety. Attended an incident following a call from an occupant saying that a male was at his address accusing him of burgling his house and making threats. I attended and was met by a drunk male refusing me entry onto the garden and then into the property. I could hear males arguing in the downstairs flat. As I approached the flat a male tried to leave in a vehicle and no one was really telling me anything and I could not locate the caller. As time went on I explained to the gobby drunk male who was being obstructive that I need to check the flats to locate the caller and to make sure he was ok. Hello, I've tried to Google this but could not really get an answer. Are headlight covers legal to use in the daytime ; not vinyl film but actual clip-on covers that totally obscure the headlight. They fix on and off in seconds and do not present any danger in a crash situation; I understand that they would have to be removed between sunset and sunrise , when visibility is low, or when it is raining etc. The car does not have dedicated daytime running lights. Similar principle as pop-up lights, like the TR7.

Hello, In my daily job in a different emergency service, I come across some very questionable characters and sometimes find evidence of offences in the homes that I enter into. I let pretty much all offences slide, as it's not really my job to get involved with drugs etc in the capacity that I work in, and it's not worth my time calling the police for every little thing, so it's just easier to look the other way. this is a long and complex case where the police have failed numerous times over the past 2 years. Recently we found out that our son’s school had been discussing him with East Cheshire Educational Psychology team, As we had never given permission for this we ask them how come they had done this without our knowledge or consent. After a slightly heated telephone conversation the school emailed us a scanned consent form with my wife signature on.
