Some may remember my tale of woe about the terrible state of affairs when my lad was charged with S.4. For those who don't he was acquitted soundly on the basis of the evidence presented in court by the prosecution! Well, I've just been catching up on some clerical work. Things are still ongoing, but here's some info on what's been happening with my attempts to get CPS to provide information about what went wrong. The incident occurred on 20/10/07. My first letter of complaint to CPS to complain about the improper way his attackers were dealt with in court was sent on 20/12/07. If they have nothing to hide they should have taken the tests. I'm not sorry to see them go, we do not need the likes of them in our club. The insinuation from the three was that they could do what they liked in their own time.
