Paul Eddington playing the role of PM Jim Hacker Satirical comedy show Yes, Prime Ministeris to be revived for a new series, nearly a quarter of a century on. The popular programme, about PM Jim Hacker and his clashes with his civil servants, began as Yes, Minister in 1980 but bowed out in 1988. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/03/29/yes-prime-minister-revived_n_1387314.html?1333016630&ncid=edlinkusaolp00000008 I for one am looking forward to this. :)

I discovered this show by chance (on BBC1 and Catch up TV on Virgin Media) I did a quick forum search but didn't see it already listed. It's a fascinating fly on the wall programme showing how High Court enforcement officers deal with debt defaulters. Not the usual cowboy fly by nights but targetting genuine defaulters who fail to pay compensation as ordered by the Employment Tribunals. What do you think??

Basically I was thinking about this a second ago, I even put it on facebook... We moan about putting Petrol in our cars at £1.40 a litre. It took thousands of years to produce the oil, a long refining process, delivery to our petrol stations, and then the running cost of the petrol station. And yet nobody seems to bother about spending an average of £13.47 (Prices based on Asda) Per litre on Vodka - Which you pee out again - And only takes about 3-4 days to make.... Interesting world we live in! As such I created the above Meme. Food for thought?
