No wonder Ms May told Brodie Clarke to relax entry check, she could see the problems she had caused by cutti…

In the past I have seen leaves, and snow on the railway tracks described as 'the wrong ones' but would you believe it, i've now seen on the rolling news that it is making feference to 'the wrong kind of rain'....as Victor Meldrew would say 'I don't believe it'

I decided to start a new topic on this subject after Mummypatrol's post in the Winsor thread I didn't want to detract from the imprtance of that thread, hence the new thread. Basically the grammar site looks wrong to me. The use of apostrophes in a non-possessive, plural sense has always irritated the pants off me. According to The Good Word Guide use of apostrophes in plurals is incorrect, so MP's meaning more than one MP is incorrect. In my view those green ticks should be huge red crosses. I'm not having a go, Mummypatrol, but the misuse of apostrophes bothers me. (Mind you, I am guilty of mispelling apostrophe.) No wonder our kids have problems with their gramm…
