Following on from a suggestion Penbwlch made on the fireworks thread, I have decided to start a thread about food and ideas for food. Today I decided that the chilli sauce I pay expensively for (*) was tasting a bit past it, and thought it ould be nice to have some chilli apple jelly instead. Luckily there's a source of crab apples fairly near by so I picked a load and stewed some of them up with enough water to cover, and a squirt of lemon juice. I drained them through a jelly bag, and obtained about 2 pints of juice. I chopped up about 10 home grown chillis (don't know the variety, it was a stray seedling in a sweet pepper plant which I bought, and added this to the ju…

As the title states really!! The freezing of recruitment was always going to mean that it would quieten down in here, but there is always a fair few people on. For me personally I think that a chat room would work, somewhere everyone can get together and talk. Myself and a few others are all on MSN and can chat that way, but it isn't really ideal for big numbers. Thoughts?

Theft is explained as "A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it; and “thief” and “steal” shall be construed accordingly." Would you arrest this penguin? Even thou the penguin who has been robbed has no idea about the theft.
