The Locker Room

Just another random poll - it even mentions several mods, by way of a change this evening....

A POLL A POLL!

Ok seeing as David and Cuddles are having a bit of a war with who wants to be the best mod I thought we could have all the mods write a little bit in here so that we, the public, can decide who is the best mod. All Moderators can enter if they desire. Rules: A small write up with information in. Decided by a poll that will be done in secret Any money that Mods wish to donate can be sent to me!

The New Years Honours farce is upon us again. A great number of Senior Civil Servants are honoured for just being a Civil Servants, and well paid at that. Many Vice-Chancellors of Universities who do nothing above the 'call of duty'. Deborah Glass(her of IPCC fame), A Greyhoud Trainer(I would have thought if anyone deserved an award it would be the Rabbit), a breastfeeding co-ordinator, many Arty Farty types, poets, Harris Tweed maker, one for services to Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgender persons, an Ultra Low Temperature Physics investigator(true), and only one award to a CPS person, and one who probably does deserve an award, for doing a dangerous job,a School…

Has anyone here been to a incident where the SAS have been called in to deal with a incident and the police have to stand down and let the SAS take control?

Hi all, New to this site so firstly hello. I am an advanced driver and have also deployed a stinger. for these i was given the 'silver wings' advanced driver tie pin badge and also the stinger 'hedgehogs revenge' tie pin badge. Unfortunately my tie went 'walk abouts' shall we say at the station. Our driving school is having difficulties in getting some replacements. I have looked on eBay and cannot find any for sale. Anyone have any ideas where i might be able to get these from? Cheers Jay

I'm looking to make a machinima series that I am aiming to get out later this year (seems weird saying that) whilst I am waiting to hear back about my Specials application. For those who are unsure what Machinima look at RoosterTeeth and watch their Red vs. Blue series. I have a script written, 3 actors lined up for it...i just need 2 females to take part in it. It won't be paid for now, assuming it goes well then it will be. A spoiler alert - one of the ladies is killed off, so if it goes well she will be carried over to the new series. Hope everyone had a happy new year

Once again our budding David Baileys have surpassed themselves with some excellent work. It is now the turn of the PS.com users (that's you lot) to vote for our winner. The voting topic will run until sometime in the evening of December 30th. The topic, as picked by David, was "REFLECTIONS". Cheetah & LankyDan, poor show for not reading the instructions properly! Cheetah, you need to post the BBcode from the share menu and LankyDan, you need to upload it to Flickr and post the BBcode. Once you've done this let me know and I will include your photos in the vote. 1 - Skeldergate bridge, York by Myky Graham, on Flickr 2 - P1050018 by eff2.8, on Flickr 3 - …

I think this has been widely publicised today as one of the most popular clips on you tube - I found it hilarious!
