Just a quick one, does Specials service count towards the Regulars Long Service & Good Conduct medal? Or does Specials service only count for the SC long service medal?

Exactly what it says really, I went from spending a period every day on this site to maybe visiting it once every couple of weeks now, I've noticed a lot of the people who were on it when I joined no longer seem to visit or visit a lot less than they used to, just curious really as to why people have left or use this site far less? In my case - certain friends no longer visit so don't come on here to talk to them at all hours, have been far too busy working on response team earlies lates and nights to even think about it, as well as going to the gym more with taking up krav maga and I just find its not the same online community that it used to be any more, whilst I appre…

Get bidding for anyone interested in Met Police items. A shameless plug but ALL proceeds from these sales are being donated to a worthy cause, Pilgrims Hospices who provide special palliative care to the people of East Kent. I've produced these for a friend who is also a member of the MPS Specialist Search Team. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151136221334?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_sop%3D10%26_from%3DR40%26_sacat%3D0%26_nkw%3D151136221334%26_rdc%3D1

I am sure that we have all seen things which we wish could be erased from the old memory immediately. Yesterday, we went to a neighbouring town but were cancelled before we got to the place. On the way back, we were just going through the town centre, and as I looked to the left I saw a little semi circle of benches with lots of pigeons. Then a local person bent over to pick something up and all you could see was her arse crack! Nooooooo!! What have you seen that you would like to 'delete'?
