The Locker Room

Just wanted to say happy international women's day to all the female police officers, soon to be officers and anyone else affected. Keep up the good work and let's hope equality keeps evolving for all. :smiley_notworthy:

http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/business-31711854 Is anyone feeling the love? I would imagine that few if any PCs are but what about none job family and friends? Is anyone seeing a genuine end to austerity in the form of rising incomes outstripping the effects of inflation?

Theresa May seen as more likely Tory leader than Boris Johnson by party's future MPs, poll finds May often top of the polls as favourite politician by party member 26% backed Mrs May compared to 22% for Mr Johnson Seen by allies as Britain's Angela Merkel -

Click I had to look up bra holsters on the web. Didn't know there was such an animal. I just can't see how this beats a shoulder holster or really how it works for most women. Probably TMI, but most women need the bottom cups of their bras to rest firmly, but not tightly against the skin. I'm sure Ann Summers would agree, this is a bad fit. Considering how blouses and tops are constructed, what do you say, "hold on a mo'; just need to unbutton my shirt to get to my pistol." Where do reach: top or bottom, if you're wearing a turtleneck?

To those on the forum who celebrate

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-31128853 - It doesn't say much for the quality or erxperience of British Judges if we have to bring one all the way from New Zealand because we don't have one who has enough nous to lead the enquiry. Surely there is one Judge in the UK who could have been Chair of this enquiry.

Well, the England rugby team have done ok until now but tomorrow (Sunday) they take on Ireland. I hope i'm wrong but I don't hold out much hope of them winning unfortunately. However, to look on the bright side of things, it will give them a good chance of honing their skills for when the world cup starts later in the year, and they come up against the all blacks (oh and of course that other southern hemisphere rugby team, Australia).

We have signed up for a 4kw system on our roof , approx £6k and a low estimate return of around £800pa It will be the best paying of our investments if it keep to this figure , also increases with RPI for the next 20 years The output may reduce over time due to deterioration of the panels but .... We think its a good investment Welcome others view on the matter . But when its a sunny day we will be smiling as its also making us money

we, the regular thread hijackers, have been told to stop keeping dying threads open with our nonsensical ramblings, so we will attempt to move here if we start. That means YOU, the sensible chap/ess reading this, have only got yourself to blame if you come here!Kaiser Bill2007-08-18 12:46:24
