http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lincolnshire-13727908 The Dam Busters' dog will be renamed for a new version of the classic war movie, it has emerged. Stephen Fry, who is writing the film's screenplay, said there was "no question in America that you could ever have a dog called the N-word". In the remake, the dog will be called "Digger" instead of "Nigger". The black Labrador was the mascot for RAF 617 squadron, which during World War II destroyed dams in Germany with Barnes Wallis's famous bouncing bomb. Owned by the squadron's wing commander, Guy Gibson, the animal was run over and killed during the planning of the Dambuster raids, and was buried at RAF Scamp…

I see HMG are reported to be on the verge of yet another U turn, this time on Welfare Benefits. They seem to be doing U turns on just about everything except HM Forces and the Police. Ironic really, when you consider that the protection of the country from its enemies is supposed to be Government's prime role. Just shows what a bunch of spineless creatures Cameron & Co are.

Passed my test this morning.. And.. i was a bit surprised when i asked the instructor, because im an adrenaline-testosterone fuelled teenage beast with immense driving skill that will impress ANY girl..or guy.. Or NOT. So i asked what i can do to improve my driving from an examiners point of view, Showing i WANT to learn how to be better! She just goes I cant tell you that? WTH? Shes almost preventing me from learning and becoming better.. This shocked me and surprised me. Because when i asked the examiner on my bike test he gave me loads of good tips on how to be a better rider and improve my safety. Anyone else got any thoughts or had the same experience?

Hi, Are we allowed to wear the ceremonial uniform to civilian funerals ? For example. If your mother had passed away, but never got seen you in uniform, could you wear it ? Obviously, i would take if off before having a few drinks after the ceremoney. Would it be better off asking someone from the force ? Thanks.

Just wondering if any of you lot are currently playing through LA Noire on Xbox 360 or Ps3? Its just a little bit awesome, you assume the role of a 1940s Los Angeles Detective, taking on various cases in areas such as traffic, homicide, vice and arson. Uses some brand new fancy face mapping tech to add proper expressions and emotion to the faces in the game. Definitely worth picking up, its like a period drama for gamers! Video Review

If like me you like to watch police programmes or anything else for that matter you may find this guide handy http://digiguide.tv/search/#!/police%20interceptors You type in the word you would like to search for e.g cops, police, sharks, aliens etc... It will bring up the channel and time it is on. Managed to get my sky+ box up to date for the next few days Handy when looking for repeats also.

Our Father who art in prison, even Mum knows not his name, thy chavdom come, you'll read The Sun, in Exmouth which is in Devon, give us this day our Welfare bread and forgive us our ASBO's as we happy slap those who got ASBO's against us, lead us not into employment but deliver us free housing, for thine is the Chavdom, the Burberry and the Bacardi, forever and ever... Innit!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2002545/Shirley-Browns-Coconut-hate-crime-investigation-shows-NOBODY-escape-Britains-Thought-Police.html I do wish A & S had had the guts to say to Mrs Jay Jethwa, we are not going to waste money on this case, you have had an apology, let it rest. I know Shirley Brown, and she is one of the nicest ladies you could wish to meet, does a LOT for the local ethnic community, as for Mrs Jethwa, a top person in the PC Brigade, with a very thin skin. I would rather have seen Jethwa done for wasting police time, I dread to think what this has cost the tax payers after a three day trial. The PC Brigade must be laughing up their slee…

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2001848/Head-Catholics-leads-furious-backlash-Archbishop-Canterburys-attack-Coalition.html I'm not on-boad with much of what the ConLibdems are doing but this Bliar poodle seems to think he has some divine right to rant on about stuff he knows little about. He is presiding over an organisation that has totally lost its way and most of its membership; so he hardly talks fom a position of successful leadership! I have always been suspicious of blokes with poor haircuts and a propensity for wearing ecclesastical garb but this Archbisop of Canterbury seems to be well beyond his usefulness. I wouldn't be surprised if someo…
