And I thought BT were bad! Talk Talk has been named and shamed as the most complained about landline and broadband provider. Telecoms watchdog Ofcom today revealed the firm receives over four times as many official gripes per customer than the next worst company, Sky, on home phones. It receives twice as many per customer as BT on broadband. Three was the most complained about mobile provider, though this category was less clear cut with T-Mobile a close second in the wooden spoon race. The Ofcom data is based on all consumer telecoms complaints it received between October 2010 and February 2011. Ofcom receives 450 telecoms complaints per day about a range of issues …

After being told to check my car insurace for travel to two places of work I checked the T&Cs to see what I pay £1400 a year for a 1.4 PUG! Fully Comp £1300 excess lol! the car cost £1100 two years ago!!!!!!! medical expensis £100 max!!!! my first year I paid £1600. My car now cost me £200 a month and I dont use it to travel that far. any one break this and get more done over than me?
