Somebody who I am doing a Public Service Course with at University is hacking into people's phones bia bluetooth and is able to do anything they want on it without the Victim knowing. What is the Law surrounding this?

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts and expertise on this one. A person is arrested for theft for which his vehicle is used in the commission of the offence and is seized. After a short while the vehicle is released to the offender after being examined etc. It is in storage by an approved recovery agent and a fee to release this applies. A letter is sent to the offender saying he can have it back. The offender goes to the garage with a spare set of keys and takes the vehicle without paying the release fee. I've heard plenty of things about reasonable force, and what is allowed compared to what is not allowed. I remember quite some time ago during my schooling days, a chav caught me by my collar in school and threatened to "cut" me because I happened to be an oriental. Hi guys, I'm involved in a bit of a dispute with a neighbour across the road. Basically, each morning, just after 9am, I'll start my motorbike for 5 mins or so to warm it up, especially during winter. My neighbour has complained about this but as far as I can see I'm doing nothing wrong. Anyway, I've had a letter from the council today saying that its a criminal offence to leave a vehicle running attended, which it is. However, the bike is on my driveway, not the public highway, so I am under the impression that I am within the law. I became the victim of theft on christmas eve (of christmas presents), is this quite common?

I have CCTV at the front of the House which has video starter / time and date with infrared. Recently there has been alot of sheds broken into and we have found out that the criminals are climbing over the back fence to get into the gardens. So far we have no cameras on the street or alleyway i live by so they would get a bit of a surprise when they get nicked by the police. You turn up to a job with your buddy, to calls of a fight in progrees, for example. When you get out of the vehicle, the 'aggrieved' starts saying things like "What you doing here you bunch of Pr**ks, F**k off pigs, we don't want you here etc, etc" After a warning, and the 'aggrieved' persists, do you nick him for sec 5, or sec 4a??

Hi A friend of mine last year had officers called out because of a noisy despute going on that night. She wasn't well at the time and all she remembers was that they told her to take her medication, to see the doctor the next day and to stay in the warm. But they did have a bit of a go at her before they said that apparently. She can't recall them saying they were giving her a warning or a caution for the problem that occured that night though. What would have happened if they'd given her a warning or caution? Would she have got some paperwork, or could it have simply just been word of mouth that night, in which case it could show up on her CRB checks in the future? I…
