Hi, Can someone explain the difference between EFH and EAH cases. Which are the most common and how would the custody sergeant know if a particular case is going to be which? Thanks

I don't know if DVLA or someone else in the chain is using OCR, but I've just had a V5 through for a new car which has the surname CRAIVE whereas my name is CRANE. So of course I'll send it back to be changed. My question though -- If an ANPR patrol sees the car, will the computer match (or in this case, not match) the name of the insured with the incorrect keeper name and flag me up for a tug, or does the system just check with the insurer's database to and be happy that insurance is in force? Just a quick question When someone receives a ticket for a defect on a car such as blue sidelights does this go down as it would do for a FPN? My brother was arrested yesterday for being drunk and disorderly and given a £80 fine. Obviously this has gone down against his name. He has also been stopped and given tickets for his car, i think once for blue sidelights and once for tinted windows. He was wondering if these tickets also show on his record like the FPN does??? Is it true that white lights facing forward from under the bumper or below a certain height used to be illegal.. if so, when was the law changed or are current manufactureres building cars that infringe the law? I think it was also against the law for it to be possible for rear fog lights to be on without the headlights being dipped. in fact some cars had the rear fog lights wired via the dipp beam circuit. and they went out if/when you you changed to main beam.

There is a group of youths ranging between twelve and eighteen that have taken up to hanging around the corner near my house. I wouldn't care but they have taken it upon themselves to abuse me everytime I step outside of the house. They follow me, shout abuse, throw food and eggs at me. What happens to ones DNA and finger prints when given after someone has been arrested? Why does everyone have to give this when they are arrested? Are they used for anything?

I have just read the success story of the above project, with its claimed 80% reduction in "house Burglaries" .. I found the report on the SMART WATER web site and headed "Smart Water Case Study" I would like to know how much the Smart Water impacted the project when you consider that the other part of the project was that the homes also had wireless free Burglar Alarms installed. So how much did the alarms affect the resulting reduction? Hi! I'm hoping someone could offer me some advice in relation to the situation I have with both my neighbours. I moved into my flat 4 years ago, and am between two others. The couple who live beneath me are both on benefits and sleep throughout the day, usually getting up around 5pm. During the night hours they do DIY, argue/slam doors and have also fitted some type of pump device to their ceiling/my floor which keeps me awake all night.
