A Mablethorpe business group has written to the government to ask if the HMS Ark Royal can be docked in the resort as a tourist attraction. http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/lincolnshire/hi/people_and_places/newsid_9294000/9294072.stm I think its a great Idea also. And when I am in the UK, I would go and see her.

Our editorial team at PoliceOracle.com are well known for their love of all things technology – and are particularly enthusiastic when it comes to the latest video games. And we are the first to admit that the arrival of the Kinetic sensor for the Xbox 360 is one of the most exciting console developments we have seen for some time. Putting gamers at the heart of the action with a body sensor that allows you to plunge into the action, the potential of this new piece of kit is impressive. French publisher Ubisoft has been among the first to embrace the new technology with three outstanding titles – Your Shape, MotionSports and Fighters Uncaged – all of which are reviewed…

"Brian Hanrahan was the kind of journalist BBC correspondents aspire to be - always precise in his use of words and facts and scrupulously honest." http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-12044262 Sad that a good journalist has died so young. M&MBM2010-12-20 20:35:55

Hey folks, As it's freezing weather at the moment I am after an Arktis police coat that gets issued to POLSA, Dog Handlers and Firearms officers. I have looked online and they are around £400-500 to buy which is far too expensive. There are ones being sold on E-bay for less than a third of that price but i'm not really fond of buying something off that site with all the fraud jobs that go on. My second option (for anyone from a police supply business) is a coat that does the same job and looks similar to an Artkis jacket. I only say Arktis because it is windproof, waterproof and keeps you extremely warm with the inner layer fleece.

http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/218516/Fire-control-centre-plan-scrapped That fat slob John Prescott was responsible for this debacle, 1.3 million pounds has been wasted on these control rooms. The one for the South West near Bath is virtually completed, so what will happen to it now.

This just shows you the utter contempt the Daily mail holds its readers in. Minispawn showed me this link. It's obviously staged. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1339979/Meet-real-life-Tom-Jerry-Cat-gets-stuck-tree-chasing-wily-mouse.html For a start a wild house-mouse would never hang around longe enough for a photo. And that looks more like a pet mouse to me. Yes, I've cornered mice in my house but the ones who do hang about are usually juveniles and trapped. If there was a mouse at the top of the tree it would have jumped and fled as soon as the humans entered the room. Secondly note how there are two different photos. Why is that? if someon…

This video on Sally Quilford's site is full of the crap that people come out with about writing. I'm embarrassed to say that I've been guilty of some of this, ie thinking I have something which might be a best seller. But I always knew it would be a struggle. And I'm still struggling.
