Hey guys think it would be great if people mention if they are going to do particular charity events, runs, swims etc it would help create awareness and could also be good for some team bonding. Not bondage...bonding lol. I am thinking of doing the Spartan Race in London, its for Help For Heroes. www.spartanrace.com Anyone else know of more events post here or things of a similar nature. Kind Regards, Lee

I remember there was a topic which was started with a list of London Boroughs, you could then click on the name of your borough and get some information from it, could someone please post a link on here with that topic as I am struggling to find it! Thanks

Does anyone know how you go about requesting permission to visit the Met. Museum? We're in London next week, I think I may have left it a bit late fo rthis visit but it'd be good to know for next time. Thanks, Will.

I've read on here before a few members have a connection with the Marine Unit. I just came across this on eBay and its the genuine deal! I've doubled checked it through my registry and a worthy bid on this sterling silver item. eBay

Anyone else?

Confirmed 1) SBG Not sure Unable

Anyone noticed we cant get on the internet at the station anymore or is this just me? A little annoying as I normally do all my msconline admin before I start a shift!

Pure curiosity really, just wondering what sort of team make up the members of this forum come from... If I've missed any units off the poll let me know and hopefully I can edit it still.

Hi all I have got to re-take my KEE3. It has been scheduled for Wednesday evening at 1830. It says it will be held at the Hendon Study Club but does not give a location. Anyone know what room etc it is in? Thanks

As it says on the tin - I have OST1 in Marylebone Gym next week, can someone PM me the full address/postcode? Cheers!

Attested back in August but due to recent riots in London my induction was delayed, however I've finally completed my 2 inductions yet I'm finding it very difficult to get shifts on msconline as it seem they are all booked up at weekends as weekdays is hard for me due to work. Also it seems there aren't any shifts as yet for October, does anyone know why or when this is usually inputted? Is anyone else experiencing the same problems at CW who are on coached patrols at present?

Anyone else think this is the way the Met might go? Yes its cheaper for them to run it then the old IPLDP, they in theory get a set of boots out on the ground quicker but I cant help thinking they are going to go the way of Surrey and ask potential Officers to pay for it themselves.

I have a friend who's an actress and will be playing the part of a police officer in a film soon. She'd like to go on a ride-a-long if possible - if anyone can assist or can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful (or drop me a PM if you prefer).
