    I work behind the wire and my response to prisoners is always the same - "It's a voluntary club" a bit of tongue-in-cheek usually met with much the same. The real issue in this story as far as I am concerned is the fact that budget cuts are closing vital prison departments and not that little Jonny is disgruntled because he can't enjoy the sunshine.

    RAF Waddington plane spotters get Typhoon shock Plane spotters in Lincolnshire got more than they bargained for when a Typhoon jet came into land at RAF Waddington - a little too close for comfort. Coming in to land for the Waddington Air Show last Friday, it flew low and "just missed the perimeter fence", according to spectators.
