Evening all. If im successful at a job interview i've got coming up, i will have to stop being a Special. The job is a clash of interests. I'm wondering do i have to return warrant cardkit,,etc. I want to return to being a Special at some point. Would i have to re-apply and do all the training again? I'd be gutted if i have to re-train. Any advice welcome.

My District Commander attends all of our monthly team meetings and we speak on a weekly basis, he is a Superintendent. Is this common practice or have i just found someone who is very pro special. Since he came to district he has given us our own office, kitted out a locker room, issues personal issue radios and purchased extra kit. Which reg supervision do you see frequently e.g. weekly or fortnighly. This excluded specific operations where they make do a briefing.
