It's something I've mentioned before..... aren't several high-profile people guilty of an offence under it rather blatently? (Mr Winsor? Ms May?) No-one else seems to have noticed..... or am i getting the wrong end of the stick with the meaning of the legislation?

My brother has been issued with a harassment warning and has already been arrested and warned again after dropping a note through my window. I was worried he had gotten a friend to deliver it so he was reminded that sending his friends over with messages was not on either. He's just had a friend come over and deliver a form from the small claims court claiming something dear to me belongs to him - it doesn't - is this in breach of the harassment warning? I don't believe that he will stop at this, I know he will keep going through the courts to make trouble for me until he has exhausted every claim he can make, and then he will find other ways to try and hurt me. Hi to all. :) This has been niggling me ever since it happened. I had a problem with a neighbors dog defecating on my footpath (almost every day). After catching the dog red-pawed i confronted the owner who quickly became aggressive and verbally abusive. After 30 seconds or so, he quickly approached me ranting with his fist cocked; I'm 25, thick built, athletic and could take this 50-55yr old man out in a heart beat but didn't and instead firmly pushed the man away from me (to avoid any assault from him). Went to a job a couple of years ago whereby a neighbour (Ethel) had started leaving food out for Gladys' cat. The cat ultimately ends up moving in on a more permanent basis with Ethel due to her buying a classier type of kitty-food. When charging someone with using a mobile phone / hand held device while in control of a mv - what legislation are you charging them with? Is it regulation 110 of the Road vehicles construction and use regulations 1986 or is it section 41d of the road traffic act 1988 which is in contravention of the road vehicles construction and use regulations act 1986?.

Enquiring as to what severity different officers would arrest for assault police? i.e. push in the chest, slap, trip, punch etc Just wondering as we have to accept that there will be an element of assault in many situations and how far would you let it go before including it on the offence list.

While having a conversation today I was asked if doing a three point turn in a high / main road was still illegal. Apparently years ago it wasn't legal as it was a question in the driving test and I was asked why police don't enforce it anymore. Does anyone know if it was ever / still illegal?

Potentially looking to sell a replica Taser that I made some time ago. Its based on the Asp (red) training version which is a solid rubber mold of an X26 taser its then been painted bright yellow to look like a real taser. I did this as part of an airsoft game and now looking to sell to that same market. Wondered if this is covered by the vcr? Whats confusing me is VCR says you have to have a defence or it has to be brightly coloured which this is but then again a taser is brightly coloured.... Just wanted to make sure I cover my arse before I decide to sell it. Thanks in advance for any help

Afternoon Everyone, Have been looking around the internet to try and find a list of offence codes (and descriptions) when issuing an FPN. Does anyone have one, or know where I can find one? I have one for when issuing PNDs from the Home Office website, but cannot find anything on FPNs. The reason I ask is we have one at the nick, but its old, has been scribbled over and also won't photocopy well, so was looking to keep one in my kit bag if possible as the ticket book only lists a few.
