Hi , I have been asked a question to which I don't have the answer and was hoping one (Or probably More !!) of you guys might help. What does the law say with regards to spare or replacement parts for blank firing guns ? Tha gentleman in question has a browning pistol which he says he has had for 10 or so years (Pre VCR) Which is in it's normal Colours (Metal). The lower reciever is damaged and needs replacing. Is He LEGALLY able to buy parts to replace it or do they have to be Coloured as per VCR ? Thanks

Might be a strange one for you but Im a keen aquarist and Im member of several fish forums. The debate comes up quite often that feeding live fish to predatory fish is illegal in the UK. Here's a scenario I came across recently. It was a very busy Friday night in town and a large number of people were being arrested. Unfortunately when the officers got back to the station they found that custody was full. The sergeant didn't want half of his shift trundling off to the next nearest station with prisoners as that would mean he would have very few officers out on foot where they were needed for the next however many hours. I have a really confusing question and would appreciate any input you guys could give. Jamal, a man of middle-eastern appearance, was walking to work when Sam ran up behind him. Hi everyone, I hope you're all revving up for a good Xmas/New Year! Just a quick question, if you don't mind. I was in London recently, visiting friends. Myself and a few friends (all around the ages of 25) went to a local shop in Ealing, and purchased some alcohol. myself, girlfriend and friends etc where out last night celebrating one of their birthdays. we had a great night. me and a friend went to the toilet and one of the doormen asked us to leave because it was closing time. so we left walking with the doorman to the lobby out. at this time the others where out side. as soon as we hit the lobby my friend was pulled to the ground by 2 bouncers. Here's another one.... Male has seven fake DVDs in his bag when searched. All different. Not selling them. Whats a cops best course of action. Would he nick or just confiscate the DVDs . I've seen on some police camera programmes lately, a number of cops moving on, or trying to move on, people outside nightclubs and pubs late at night. Basically they don't seem to be doing anything wrong other than standing there not going home. And then police say to them things like, "Either go home or you'll get nicked". These Joe Publics are not drunk just hanging around after a night out. Sop what power are police using here where no dispersal power is in play?! I currently have direct contact with an online hacker who is from a different region. Is there any way that I could successfully report her? Edit: Nevermind, a friend from the same region as her has contacted the police and reported her for sharing childrens personal information on the internet, and illegally breaking into a website and destroying it. Also not only do I have her IP address but I also had 1-on-1 phonecall conversation with her, followed by with online chat logs to give more evidence if needed. And finally, no, I am not a hacker. Simple question really - Wouldn't all driving offences invalidate the insurance of a vehicle? After all, I assume that insurance is provided on the proviso that the car is in a road-worthy condition and driven legally obeying the rules of the road... edited to add: I'm not seriously proposing we seize cars for having fog lights on...but you get my point...
