Hi, On my forum someone posted a very good thread on how to spot a counterfeit bank note, however one member quoted These are images showing people how to spot for defects. Does this legislation apply to images online in this context, or is it aimed at people printing notes.

if an english woman wants to press charges for phone harassment against a middle eastern man whos passport information she has got...can it be done?will they agree to accept this sort of complaint despite the distance?the people at the phone positions at the station?

please tell me... if you are a woman who hosted a man from the middle east 20 months ago and this man did not want to break up and tried to stay in phone touch persistently until you threatened to call the police and now after 20 months he calls once again and asks to talk... suppose the female uk resident has his first and last name and mobile phone number and suppose it was her intro he provided at entry... can she press any charges against him in a practical sense by either using phone tracking airport resources or first and last name?

Hi. I've just been out to Sainsbury's in Kidlington tonight, and the car park there was riddled with aggressive youths trying to intimidate the few people parked there and walking through it. It was about eleven o'clock at night, just after closing time. Gathering in this vicinity, youngsters there surounded people's cars, threw litter at them, and generally acted in an aggressive and anti-social manner. Hi all just wanted to run one past you and gather some thoughts as I had to deal with this off duty today. Motorcylist driving an off road Motorcycle (No VRM) in a public park at very high speeds (EST 50mph) - no helmet and close to a funfair with lots of families and dog walkers in the park. Would we be talking road traffic offences such as - No Insurance, No VRM, Dangerous driving, No helmet etc or not as its not on road rather in a park. Or are we talking public order s5 for causing H,A,D to the MOP's in the park. Or any other ideas on what could have been the resultant Police action. On a different forum, there is someone complaining because of the following incident: He was in the park with a large group of friends. Everyone except the poster and one other person were under the age of 18. Both the 18 year olds were in possession of sealed alcohol, but (allegedly) none of the other people were. The group was approached by two officers, and to cut a long story short the poster was told that the officers were suspicious that they were supplying alcohol to the people in the group under 18, and that all the alcohol would be seized. Basically im mid way through the recruitment process and i cant for the life of me remember what happened 11 years ago when i got in trouble for breaking a shopping trolly. Hi all, I have just started training and have been given Brent as my borough for after training. I know 25 weeks is a long time away but just after a bit of info really... Does anyone know the exact shift pattern at the moment? times/hours etc Also, i see there are 4 stations on borough, do officers parade out of all 4 or just 2? If Kilburn is one of them then i think there is a small area close by that i would travel through (coming from M40 way) which is in the congestion charge area. Hello I hope this is ok to ask here. I am an A-Level Law student and currently researching a piece of work on search warrants/PACE. As part of this I hoped to get some opinions from frontline Police Officers so I found this forum and thought maybe this was a good place to ask. My question is mainly what are peoples experiences with applying for warrants - are they generally granted without difficulty? Secondly, the law as I understand it states that the police officer applying for the warrant needs to have 'reasonable grounds', which is not so easy a term to define. What level of 'reasonable grounds' needs to be shown? Thanks for your help!
