Hi all, we had a discussion yesterday with few other specials about selling petrol from scrapped cars. Scenario being. Bloke works at scrap site, his gaffa lets him.to have petrol drained from scrap cars as a bonus, every month. Now this chap wants to make few pound so he sells it to someone. Is this legal?? Tome looka not to be but cant think.of any offences. Duty tax already has been paid when the petrol was put in to the cars at petrol stationor would he have to pay it again?? Please share your views on this one as we could not agree yesterday

Hi Folks, Quick question I was watching a program recently in which a motorist was stopped due to an anpr hit for no insurance (the vehicle was high value) On stop the driver was asked if the vehicle was insured to which he replied no, but he was. He advised that he is self insured (depositing money with the Accountant General) and able to drive any motor vehicle with our without insurance held on it The stop was in the early hours of the morning and mid was not showing any details of insurance on the car, he also could not produce anything stating the above Does anyone know how it actually works or is it a myth? I didn't get a chance to see the ending

You're in a large shopping centre, nightclub, or other establishment that is of sufficient size to make exiting through the intended exit rather difficult. Let's say there's a lot of people in the way, or it's a really long winding route, and that getting out of the building would take quite a while. Conveniently there's a fire door next to where you're standing, that exits out onto the street. Question 1: Is any offence committed if you decide to step out the door? Mrs MIGGINS is carrying the takings to her vehicle when she drops an envelope containing £185, part of the evenings total takings.
