Applying for L&BP. Through the first stage, and got passed app process. Got the fam night next week and assessment day at the end of March. Wish me luck... (any hints/tips from those who have been through these stages would be great!)

Hey, my names Matt and i'm in the process of trying to join up. Passed my application and recently had my assessment day needing 60% pass rate.......but got 59%.....aaarrrrrggghhhh!!! Still have a 2nd shot through the interview process on the 16th. Anyone know or allowed to say whats involved in this interview? Done so much prep work for the day, that i would like to prep myself well for this too!

Disclaimer: I'm not a police officer. I came across the forum while searching for some information. The debates looked interesting and civilized, so I registered. I do a boring desk job of no interest. I have been a school teacher, teaching phys ed and gymnastics at a sports club, and continue to do that part time whenever possible. What can I offer the forum? Hello All, I'm new to this forum, from Swindon in Wilts, i applied for Wilts in 2001, got through to day 1 assesment got the knock back because of my sight :-( Tried a couple more times but never made it passed the paper sift, will try again!!
