  1. https://www.forensicfocus.com/articles/examining-vehicle-data-with-magnet-axiom/ Everything seems to be a "smart" device storing mountains of data these days, even your car. What if I just want a plain boring old car to drive from A to B

    Smoking in Vehicle with Children

Just wondering if anybody has issued a TOR for this offence yet? If so, whats the TOR code?
  3. We have a situation at work with a driver that drives in a way which intimidates and scares some users of the car park. He drives very fast through the car park and skids to a halt near where he is going to park (often next to people getting in/out or just walking). He revs his engine, reverses back spinning wheels in to a space, then spins wheels again flies forward and does the same again whilst adjusting position in his spot. Sometimes he can do the spin skid reverse 3 or more times. It's particularly disturbing for some females that find it upsetting and can no longer feel safe using the car park. Nobody has been hurt and these are just random people he does it to, not specific targets as far as im aware. I think he finds it funny to scare people with his car. He did it to me this morning and I could see he had a huge grin on his face when I looked around after he revved his engine next to my leg whilst I was getting my bag from my boot. My partner ran out of the car park because she thought he was going to run her down Is there actually an offense here like affray which would make it worth getting the police involved or is there nothing we can do until he actually physically harms someone?
  4. http://news.sky.com/story/vehicle-hits-pedestrians-in-newcastle-10926595 Reading this on Sky News, appears a vehicle has struck pedestrians with 6 causalties. It was as worshippers were leaving following Eid prayers. Apparently this is not believed to terror related at this stage but is strikingly similar to Finsbury Park. Scary stuff and thoughts with the poor victims including children.

    Unidentified vehicle

Hey all, I just saw the strangest thing in a Lidl car park in Edinburgh. It was a Mitsubishi Outlander, unmarked with a light bar and sirens. As he was exiting the car park he activated his light bar and grille lights then as he approached the junction to the main road he activated his siren and sped off. I wish i'd got a photo as it just didn't look quite right! Anyone seen a similar vehicle or know of its uses? It wasn't on diplomatic plates and the occupants didn't look like emergency service workers (they were of a rather large build). It looked similar to this car but with the addition of a light bar. Regards
