Good morning / afternoon / evening all, I have a forthcoming assessment centre for the post of a " Call Handler " to be based in Belfast. I know there has been a previous thread concerning this on UKPOLICEONLINE dating back to 2013. If there is any of the past members who read this new post ( or present day trainees ) could they please advise me roughly on what I can expect, or what to look out for in terms of revising for this assessment day. I believe there are 3 tests on the day in which have to be passed in order to progress to the initial training itself which is 5 weeks. If someone does not sign a Harassment Warning Notice: Would it still be valid in any way if a signature is "declined"? Does that mean there is no legal admission of guilt? What is are differences between the unsigned and the signed and how does this affect those involved? All helpful intentions are much appreciated. Thank you.

I may be missing something obvious here, but I'm not sure that the question-style thread for certain forum areas really work. For example, take this recent thread from the It's the Law forum area. At first glance it looks like ParochialYokel has just repeatedly answered the same question, until you realise that the thread is out of order because his posts have been up-voted higher than the ones that he is answering. I think that with larger numbers of posts and more voting then a thread like this would be really hard to follow. Hi, I need help. I'm being harrassed by someone I have known for 4 yrs but wouldn't consider a friend. I am female in my 30's being harrassed by a male in his 60's. He's very careful about wording texts and gives me gifts with overly affectionate gestures. I am concerned that this man is capable of agressive behaviour because he has shown a very dark side when i reject or refuse his attention. He is manipulative and knows the law, he has a legal representative. Hello In the mini profile that appears to the left of a user's profile there are a series of coloured stars. I can't work out how these are awarded - please could anyone inform me how they work? At first I thought it was post count, but I've seen users with less posts than me have four stars but I've only got one. Then I thought maybe it's to do with reputation but, again, I have more reputation than some users that have four stars. There are also red stars and blue stars that I've noticed - what's the difference between these?
