Sorry, no, this is not allowed on UK Police Online. Any member with secondary accounts that are identified will have all accounts suspended and be removed from the forum. This is something we do not allow and class as a serious breach.

From time to time we get emails or PMs from people saying "delete my account and all my posts". The answer to this is that we do not delete posts en masse as a matter of policy. There are several reasons for this policy: Mass deleting posts like this will probably leave holes in threads which may make those threads difficult to understand Even if we did delete every single post, your comments would remain wherever they were quoted by someone else If you have abided by our forum rules, then there shouldn't be any reason to delete your posts Notwithstanding all the above, once you post something - anything - on the internet, it's out there somewhe…

You can't help but have noticed that the site has changed in how it looks, well this is part of our two year anniversary celebration. Believe it or not it is almost two years to the day since we launched. The site was created about a week before we went live in 2014 and the moderation team who came over worked really hard for that week to populate it ready for an influx of new members. Who would have thought that two years later we would be where we are. We have kept the site up to to date with all the latest software and security updates and this new look you are seeing and now using is all part of that. This new look gives us the latest forum design as well…

What is this 2 step verification thing? Is it required to now access the 'In the job' section because I can't see that anymore. I don't want to download a Google app onto my phone and give it access to my personal details. Why is that required? That amount of personal data that the app is requesting access to is hardly proportionate for an internet fourm

For some time there has always been the facility to follow content and be notified of responses as and when replies are made to your favourite topics but how about those topics that you read and then question why they keep appearing in your news feed as they are of no interest to you? Well as of today as a VIP or Lifetime VIP member you will have the ability to Ignore Topics. This will prevent it coming up in your news feed and in any searches you make if you choose to ignore it. You will be able to review all "Ignored Topics" in your profile area. You will still see the topics in the forum view area but it will have an "Ignored" badge next to it to help you identif…

How do you do it? I've tried converting my image to a url, but I just get a 'computer says no', or the site just stops responding as soon as I copy/paste it in. Why is there not a browse button, so we can upload pictures from our own computers? Or am I missing it? Help please!

Hi, please could you advise me whether a council owned allotment site is classed as private land or not? I'm inclined to think not but would welcome your advice. We have a plot holder storing a car with no MOT/insurance/road tax on site and driving round the site in it and we need to get our facts straight before we tackle him about removing the car. We have heard him say that it's private land and therefore he can drive the car on it. Many thanks in advance.

I have had a profile picture on here since the requirement was introduced. However now I'm getting pop ups on every page saying: Update your profile × We require certain information on your profile to be completed in order to continue using our site It seems like my profile picture has disappeared - can anyone explain to me what happened to it? Thanks

I live on the ground floor of block of 9 flats every night when we take rubbish out there is a strong smell of skunk been smoked in the communal hallway I recently gave up smoking so am particularly sensitive to the smell but it seems to linger throughout my flat for some time after going in and out the front door do I speak to the neighbour that I believe is the culprit even though we get on quite well do I contact my landlord a housing association as there are signs to say no smoking or do I call the police due to the illegality of smoking in public enclosed space and use of illegal substance x ☺

Police Community has now been in existence for almost two years and we have seen tremendous growth in that time. We have always kept our membership fees low and will continue to do whilst ever we can, but the way we charge and the frequency has changed; Previous Pricing Structure VIP Membership - 1 Year - £5 Lifetime VIP Membership - £30 New Pricing Structure VIP Membership - 1 Year - £10 VIP Membership - 3 Years - £15 (equivalent of £5 p/year) Lifetime VIP Membership - £30 We wanted to reduce the frequency of the charges for the lower membership fees due to the payment gateway charges we incur. The above will ensure that we …

We have refreshed and simplified the forum post rank structures to make the levels simple. The levels now go from 1 to 19 with level 20 being our "PC Supremo" level. You will move up through the post ranks as your content count increases on the forum. The more you contribute the higher the rank you will achieve. Moving between the ranks is completely automatic and will require you to do nothing. Any questions let me know. Enjoy !!!
