Which items would constitute drugs paraphernalia under this section? Is my newsagent prosecutable under this section for supplying cannabis grinders?

Is a hospital ward considered to be a public place? You are called to a drunk and abusive person on the ward during visiting time. What offences come to mind apart from the obvious public order offences?

Is regina the complainant for all public order offences? For example a racist remark I would arrest for a S4 public order offence but would the complainant on the crime be Regina

Sorry this is probably a really stupid question but... Is the PACE act different to the lettered codes of practice? Just sometimes you see references to, say s2 of PACE, then you see references to, say code A para 1.1, for example. I've googled but still not sure. I can see the codes of practice online but not the act. Please help!

Hello im looking for some advice I live in a house that has land to the left that has a private road over that we grant the houses around the back right of way over it. when the houses where built in the title deeds it says on one can park on the private road.! Hello I am currently in the middle of seperation from my ex partner. She left the jointly owned property taking our 4 yr old daughter with her at the end of September and unfortunately due to disaggreements on access to my daughter and how the house equity is split the seperation is becoming anything but amicable. When dealing with shoplifters who have been stopped having left a store with apparently nicked goods on their person, would it ever be appropriate to allow them to attend a voluntary interview rather than arresting? My reasoning is that you're always going to want to interview, and in that interview you're always going to want the suspect to account for the bottle/DVD/cheese that they had stashed on them. I don't know much about special warnings but my understanding is that you'd definitely want to give one when asking that question, and that the suspect would need to be under arrest to give it. Hi All, I have a question on PNB and statements really. I am currently training and am interested to know exactly what you put in with regards to personal information. However, if you were speaking to a witness for example and you asked them to describe a suspect and they said "white male" or "black male" or made references to religion - how do you record this? Is it acceptable to write "white male" or "black male" or the religion that the witness feels is correct or would it be better to use the IC codes. What's the situation with the H-Bar road markings outside peoples dropped curbs. quite a few seem to be appearing in the neighbourhood. Can the Police enforce if somebody is parked on top of one, or is it purely a Council enforcement issue? Cheers.
