This is not real for your information, part of my degree. Male A and Male B work in the same office. Male A has a CD with some data/information on it. Male B puts the CD into his PC and deletes the data on it and puts it back. What law (if any) has been broken? NB: Nothing in the Criminal Damage Act or Computer Misuse Act covers this (I think). I have been wondering,who,if anybody has the right of way when a vehicle crosses a public footpath. For example, a car is exiting from a petrol station on to a road and there are people on the footpath,does the car have the right of way or the pedestrian. I wonder if someone could give me some information. I understand that people who drink on licenced premises make their own choices about whether or not to drive home. Do publicans have any responsibility at all in preventing someone who has been buying drink on their premises and who they know are clearly over the limit and also know that they will be driving home? I ask because last night I had to talk a drunk into not driving. He kept changing his mind about whether he was going to drive as he was convinced he was still very capable. Hello All, My daughter was pulled over yesterday whilst on her way to college for a missing front 'L' plate on her moped, and the two young officers really went to town on her, I don't think they could have come down harder on her without a few days planning. She was riding a one year old standard scoot in good condition which she has had from new. The rear 'L' plate was present but missing a corner - easily readable, 90% present. Hello all When does burglary become aggrevated burglary? Ive read up alot on this and theres alot of conflicting information. I know the definition says "has with him at the time, any weapon of offence....", but theres some debate about whether the weapon is already in the burglar's possession when he enters or he aqquires it once inside, whether he actually uses it to threaten the occupants, whether he is carrying it or it is concealed in his pocket etc etc. Also it says in the definiton for burglary "enters with intent to steal or cause someone grevious bodily harm". For technicalites sake does it have to be GBH rather than anything less serious i.e ABH. Heard someone…

hi ive just bought a new car and im starting to do a few modifications. ive put led under outdoor door lights in. Ive been told these are legal because you cant see them from the front and you cant see the led bar but can just see the light shining down .. is this correct or are these illegal ? thanks

Hi there Is there actually a legally correct location to position your tax disc? A police officer who came out to my address yesterday to take a criminal damage report noticed my tax disc was in the top left corner of the windscreen and said it should be in the bottom left - something about 'obscuring a blind spot'. Hi whilst off duty and at work the other day a male entered the store where I work who had crashed his car into a closed barrier at the exit of the carpark, the male was not drunk but did have children in the car. I went out to assist him and viewed the damage, I have since viewed CCTV of the smash, the male had hit the barrier at speed smashing the entire windscreen and causing damage to the windscreen posts and front doors. I have a theory to ask about suppose there is a woman who is a uk resident and she was involved in a relationship with an israeli man she broke up with him and warned him not to call again and they have been out of touch for 2 years the man is eager to call atleast once more to find out what is going on with her if after receiving the phone call she takes her car and arrives at the local uk police station demanding to file some kind of complaint will she be flat denied due to it being impractical? will the police take a complaint from her which is meaningless but for the sake of it? or will she be able to file real charges? is there any danger to this man in israe…
