hello all, i have discovered that someone i was in dispute with and going through an ajudication forged my signature on a piece of evidence they sent to the adjudicator. luckily, i have pretty firm evidence and will be able to prove this to the adjudicator. however, i am also very disturbed by it all and i know this person is capable of doing it again and again. losing the adjucation will not be much of loss from him and i have a feeling he will continue to behave in this sort of way and possibly even get away with it with other people. i know he committed a crime (fraud by false representation) though am not sure how the police will react and where i would stand. i …

Can traffic FPNs be issued on the evidence of a member of the public or PCSO or another PC/SC? As in, "I've just seen that driver drive whilst using a hand-held mobile telephone...I'm willing to provide a statement" Perhaps even with several people corroborating the evidence.

If you were on patrol and you came across someone who had a bag full of white powder which he assured you was MCat (cathinones/mephedrone). The bag is then confiscated, and the person turns out to be telling the truth. What can happen from this?

Hopefully someone will clarify this one. Recently myself and my colleague were on route to an unrelated immediate response and we came across several debris in the road. The left/right bollard in the central reservation had been hit and smashed. There was loose electrical wiring and also there was a patricularly large "boulder" in the middle of the road which had come from the ground. There was no vehicle(s) at the scene and nothing had been reported. What I did find however was a number plate next to the smash. Hello, This is a question regarding airgun law. I am after a Edge target rifle. It is a sub 12lbft open sight target rifle. As per the link http://www.airforceairguns.com/edge.html I have tried to order them from the UK importer but they will not be getting them until later this year. Is there any reason I could not just order one from the US and have it sent to my local gun shop? I know there will be tax and import duty to add on top of the price. I ask as I know air weapons even under 12lbft are still classes as fire arms in the eyes of the law so I am assuming there is some laws governing there imports? Can anyone help with this situation If someone was to place a sign to the effect of ###### off or any other section 5 offence in the window of their dwelling and someone in a public footpath were to see it is there a power that could come under another legislation as section 5 is accompanied with power of entry itself? I've head a search around and every time it comes up people are told that in E&W a person in their own home threatening suicide can't be dealt with by means a 136 detention, but that you can't arrest for a BoP.
