Shocking that a 14 year old boy was shot dead, another boy was shot and potentially left with " life changing injuries" that is not to mention the various stabbings in London over the last few days. Surely the time for marching is now?

There has for sometime been discussion regarding the powers of parks, cathedral, ports policing services and if they have full police powers within the jurisdiction. The court of appeal in a judgement following an employment tribunal has clarified the position. In paras 55 & 56 it basically states that there is one office of constable and that where someone holds this office they have full powers and not just powers to uphold bylaws within their juridstiction.
