http://news.sky.com/story/rotherham-sex-abuse-victim-fights-for-law-change-11060231 Just noticed this article whilst browsing Sky News. I completely understand the spirit of this however it seems like it would be extremely difficult to implement. How would it be decided when someone comes forward? Are we talking about after conviction of the abusers? What if they are found not guilty later on? Are we talking about minor offences? Surely not talking about serious victim based crimes? Its a nice idea for the genuine victims of exploitation, I just think it potentially raises more concerns, questions and issues.
